Hello and welcome to the mind dump section.
Mind dump you say?
What on earth are you talking about?
Aha!
This is something that I like to do in my workshops,
But also myself when I'm transitioning between activities.
Before taking in new information,
It's good to see what's going on up there and to almost let it go so that we have wiped the slate clean.
All you're going to do for this is take a small piece of paper,
It can just be a piece of scrap paper,
Anything you've got to hand.
And when you're ready,
You're just going to free flow.
Right.
You're not going to think about it.
That's key.
You're going to write whatever comes up in your mind.
And as I say,
You're not thinking about it,
You're just writing.
And you may want to pause the video while you do this so you're not having to listen to me talk.
Don't analyse it.
Don't judge it.
And once you have done that,
This is the bit that most people find a bit uncomfortable.
You're going to take it and you're going to just rip it up.
You are letting it go.
So you have got a fresh slate,
Ready to take in new information.
I hope that helps.
