Imagine a soft amber light glowing right at the centre.
This is your inner sanctuary.
As you breathe,
The light expands.
With every inhale,
You draw in calm and with every exhale,
You let go of the noise of the day,
The emails,
The voices,
The worries,
The demands,
Let them drift away like smoke in the village breeze.
You're untangling the conditioning,
Returning to your natural state of peace.
In this quiet space,
Ask yourself the question I dare to ask myself.
What do I want that I don't think is truly possible?
You don't need an answer yet,
Just feel the space that question creates.
Your art lives in your heart,
Trust it.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and take this calm with you.

Write down anything that came through,

Colours or images.
