Welcome,

I'm Rach.

For 20 years I lived in the noise of everyone else's story,

The education system,

My family's needs,

The emotional weight of overgiving.

I know what inner chaos feels like,

But I also know the way back to the heart.

This is your invitation to leave the chaos behind and return to your centre.

Make sure you're comfortable,

Notice any tension in your body,

Just intentionally relax and as you do that,

Take a deep breath.

Not for anyone else,

But for you.

Right here,

Right now,

All that matters is you.

And as you're taking another deep breath,

When you exhale,

Imagine you're stepping through the gates of a peaceful village.

Here there are no expectations,

No to-do lists.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Firm,

Steady and supportive.

You are safe to be exactly who you are.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your heart space and as you breathe into it,

Imagine a soft amber light glowing right at the centre.

This is your inner sanctuary.

As you breathe,

The light expands.

With every inhale,

You draw in calm and with every exhale,

You let go of the noise of the day,

The emails,

The voices,

The worries,

The demands,

Let them drift away like smoke in the village breeze.

You're untangling the conditioning,

Returning to your natural state of peace.

In this quiet space,

Ask yourself the question I dare to ask myself.

What do I want that I don't think is truly possible?

You don't need an answer yet,

Just feel the space that question creates.

Your art lives in your heart,

Trust it.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and take this calm with you.

As you walk back into your world,

You may want to journal,

Write down anything that came through,

Even if it's just words,

Colours or images.
