This is a teaching on impermanence and interconnection by the Hasidic master Rebbe Nachman of Bratslav. In the background, there is a Tibetan singing bowl. Meant to be listened to and meditated upon again and again.

Transcript

From the sayings of Rabbi Nachman of Bratslav.

The world is like a revolving die,

And everything turns over.

And a person changes to an angel,

And an angel to a person,

And the head to the foot,

And the foot to the head.

So all things turn over,

And revolve,

And are changed.

This into that,

And that into this.

What is above to what is beneath,

And what is beneath to what is above.

For in the root,

All is one.

And in the transformation and return of things,

Redemption is enclosed.
