I began with your Violet level 1 and 2 today, then I moved into this meditation. It was a gorgeous progression, and I’m grateful l I was able to stay with it for so long. I think your tracks have a certain magnetic pull to them that help me concentrate longer than I usually can. I was meditating on beauty today, thinking “Beauty is my inspiration (on the inhale) and beauty is my expression (on the exhale). I was able to become aware of so many subtle sensations in my body and breath because I was so inwardly focused. Thank you!
