Hello,

This is Jim Weaver.

I'm offering you a wonderful Qigong technique now called the Inner Smile.

And there are a lot of different ways of doing this.

Mantap Chia has a great method,

Which I used for many years.

Of course,

Modified it for my needs,

Which is what's great about it.

But once you get the basic form and idea of it,

It's very simple.

It's called the Inner Smile,

And that's basically what it is.

You're getting in touch with your body,

Communicating with it,

Which in our society might seem a little bit strange to talk to your body that way and communicate with it.

But I have found incredible results with it.

I use it just about every day,

And it could be used in a lot of different situations.

You're stuck in traffic,

You're in a long line at the store,

You have a big important meeting coming up,

And you want to get rid of the stress very quick.

Great way to do it.

Like I said,

I found it very effective and useful.

And I'm giving a shortened version of it here,

And it can be elaborated upon.

You can go with it as far as you like.

Basically,

You're getting in touch with the cell structure of your body and your organs,

And communicating with your body creates a connection,

A symbiotic relationship between your consciousness and your body and your body energy.

And it can create an incredible amount of healing.

So let's do that and see how it feels.

Basically,

You want to begin,

You could do it sitting,

Standing,

Lying down.

Like I said,

Do it just about any situation.

And once you've got it and done it for a while,

You can do it very quickly.

You can do it 30 seconds,

And soon your whole body will relax very quickly,

Because you're training your body to do that.

Your body gets used to it and can utilize it itself in a very effective manner.

So like I said,

You're sitting,

Take a few deep breaths,

Get in touch with your body,

Get in touch with your breath,

And all that always helps.

It's good preliminary for any type of Qi Gong exercise.

And picture yourself,

Or if your visualization isn't very good,

You can just imagine what it would be like.

That place is somewhere that's very beautiful,

Very healing,

Preferably outdoors,

Somewhere where you've been.

It doesn't have to be where you've been,

It can be somewhere where you'd like to be.

I mean,

It feels really good to you.

And for myself,

My spin on it is that I see the rising sun,

See the golden disk just peaking over the horizon,

And it strikes my forehead,

And my forehead relaxes and warms,

And I see the smiling face of the sun coming up over the horizon.

And you could see the face of a saint,

God or goddess,

Somebody inspirational to you,

Or just see the sun smiling at you.

Feel that golden light,

That smiling energy spreading into your forehead,

Spreading into the front of your brain,

Frontal lobe,

Spreading outward,

Waves,

Golden smiling waves.

You can do it with your eyes open or your closed,

And just feel it pouring down like liquid golden honey,

Pouring into your eye sockets,

See your eyes smiling,

And just feel that smile coming up from your lips,

Just gentle,

Just a gentle natural smile.

Feel it pouring down through the nasal passages,

Release anything held there,

Just let it go.

Pouring down through the cheeks,

The gums,

Your teeth,

Your tongue,

Your lips,

Just feel it flowing down,

Liquid golden smiling sunlight,

All the cells in your face are smiling now,

Are happy,

Communicating,

Thanking you for all the work that they do.

Feel it pouring down through your throat,

Swallow it down,

Warm golden liquid down into your heart,

Feel your heart expanding and warming,

All the muscle and tissue in your arms,

All the cells,

The red and white cells of blood pouring through your heart now being infected with this smiling,

Loving energy.

So this begins to spread through all your veins and arteries,

All throughout your body,

Throughout your trunk and lungs,

That small smiling warm energy spreads into your lungs,

Smiling back,

Thank you lungs,

Thank you heart for all the work that you do,

We love you and see all the cells of your heart and lungs smiling back at you,

Thank you for sending them the love and energy that they deserve and feel that golden light pouring down now into the liver.

If you don't know where your liver is,

It's below the right side of your rib cage,

It's the largest internal organ of your body,

Feel that whole organ just warming and relaxing,

Smile all the way to the core,

Pour that golden smiling sunlight into your stomach,

Into your spleen,

You don't know where your spleen is,

If you have a chance look it up in an NN chart,

It's good to know where your organs are,

If you don't just say it,

Sending love,

Light and energy to my spleen,

Relaxing and warming up your stomach and intestine,

Thank you,

Send that energy down to your kidneys,

Smile to each kidney,

Thank you kidneys for all your work,

Send that love and energy down through your intestines,

Your upper intestine,

Lower intestine,

Large and small intestine,

Pouring through like liquid sunshine,

Smiling energy,

All the cells of your internal organs smiling back at you,

Thank you,

Through that warm wave moving down into the bladder and to the sexual organs,

Feel the cells of the sexual organs filling up like a sponge with smiling,

Loving,

Happy energy,

Feel the vibrant energy spreading down and around your groin,

We're going to bring in a new fresh wave of sunlight into the forehead,

Back to the very center of the brain,

The very core of the brain now,

See a sun shining in the very core of the brain,

See it smiling,

Feel that golden sunlight pouring down to the very core of the body,

It's like a waterfall,

Like a tap and that golden smiling sunlight pouring right through the center of the body down to the brain and we're going to bring in a fresh wave again of sunlight and we're going to bring it back through the very core of the brain,

Back to the back of the brain,

The j-pillow,

The medulla abdominale,

The back lobe,

All the cells of the brain being bathed in golden smiling sunlight,

Thank the brain for all the work that it does,

Thank you cells for all the work that you do to smile back and that golden sunlight pours now down through your neck vertebrae,

Down through your shoulder level vertebrae in your back,

Down through the middle vertebrae in your back,

Everything warming and relaxing your muscles,

Let it go,

Releasing tension,

Feel all that tension pouring down through you,

Down through your feet,

Down into the earth,

Just letting it go,

It's moving down your spine like a waterfall flowing all the way down to your sacrum,

To the very tip of your spine,

All the way down to your brain,

Through your entire spine now lighting up,

Smiling energy flowing down your spine,

All the muscles and tendons and joints,

All the pads between the vertebrae and the elbow,

Your ring going back to where all the muscles relaxing back in the shape,

Feel it spreading down your shoulders,

Out to your rib cage,

Out through your hips,

Out through your pelvis,

Down your legs,

All the way down,

Center of your feet,

Out to your toes,

And out through your chest,

Down your arms,

Elbow,

Forearms,

Wrists,

The palms of your hands,

All the way down to your toes,

And just feel yourself vibrating,

Golden sunlight,

Smiling sunlight,

Spreading out through all the muscles and tissue,

Tendon,

Fascia,

Your skin and hair,

All the way out through your aura now,

Just feel that golden sunlight spreading throughout your body,

Every cell,

A tiny sun all adding up to making you a shining,

Smiling,

Golden sun,

Feel that smiling energy spreading throughout your body,

Throughout your aura,

Throughout your environment,

Setting that sunlight out to the environment,

Feel it spreading,

The warm,

Smiling energy,

Like I said,

You can do a shorter version of it where you're just smiling in your forehead,

Like a wave spreading through your body,

You just have a minute,

You can smile down into your heart,

If you're having emotional upset,

Smile all the way down through your organs,

Your stomach,

Down to your sexual organs,

This will help add a parallel amount of energy to your relationships,

All relationships are all about this,

So it's a very healing,

Very powerful meditation,

Practice it as often as you like,

I recommend it at least once a day,

It's great for me,

It keeps me healthy and happy and I think it will for you too,
