Jade Alexis completed her yoga and meditation training at Pure Yoga in 2016. She continued her training exploring: ashtanga, yin, sound bath, hatha, yoga nidra, prana vidya, and philosophical studies including the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita. Jade’s studies have followed a lineage of many, including: Sri Krishnamacharya, Ana Forrest, Baron Baptiste, Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, and the Saraswati. Jade is a certified Yoga Instructor registered with The Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500HR and Certified through the National Association of Sports Medicine. She’s a former athlete with ammeter experience competing in Division 1 Basketball, Boxing and Cycling. As she evolved, Jade shifted her energies towards her passion; studying and teaching yoga and meditation. Jade has an innate desire to help individuals transform their minds and bodies to enhance their lives.
