Welcome to magnetism.

Start in a comfortable position of your choosing.

Sitting,

Standing,

Or on your hands and knees,

Shutting down your eyes,

Just taking a moment to feel your body here,

Letting all your muscles relax and your arms fall naturally by your body.

Take several slow deep breaths and connecting within and into your practice today.

Now allow your breath to fall back into its natural rhythm.

Feel the points of contact to the floor or furniture.

Feel into the support underneath your body,

Anchoring and feel into the safety and surety of gravity drawing you down into this safe space you have created for yourself.

Coming back to your breath,

Feel the breath move into your body and taking a quick scan from your head to your toes and becoming aware of the internal sensations within your being.

Be curious about how your body feels.

What is the internal landscape within you today as you explore what is it that you desire?

Place your desire that you are longing to receive into this practice now.

As you call in this desire,

Say it as you open your arms and then draw it into your heart,

Letting it land gently here.

Without any judgment,

Continue to breathe and I invite you to become curious about this desire.

Are there any sensations that arise?

Can you feel it all over your body in a specific area or perhaps outside of your body?

Where is this desire located?

Is it far away or in front of you?

Is it within reach or perhaps deep inside of you?

Wherever it is,

Take some time here to navigate where this desire is for you today.

Your desire can orient differently at different times.

That is okay.

Simply notice where is your desire right now.

Now begin to move your body,

Allowing any thoughts,

Emotions or sensations,

Be it tightness or flow.

Notice and move with your body,

Letting your body lead,

Moving as your desire.

You may find that today you feel so aligned with your desire.

Welcome this.

Call your desire in,

Bringing it closer to you.

Feel into how you are so ready to receive your desire or you may find that today your desire feels out of reach,

Disconnected or even resistance to this desire.

Whatever you are feeling around your desire is okay.

Be with what is present wherever you are,

Honoring the state you are in and move your body as this state.

You may feel called to make some sound as you move and breathe,

Meeting your desire in your body.

Continue to move until you feel the flow pulsate in you,

Through you,

All around you so that you can dance as your desire.

Feel into your desire and welcome it into your heart,

Your body opening yourself up even more,

Calling in your desire to travel into every corner of your body,

Saturating every vein,

Every cell of your being so you become one with your desire.

Now if you feel called to,

Extend your movement out beyond your physical body,

Creating a field of light around you,

Expanding your desire with the energy that surrounds you.

Continue to move and dance with the energy,

Knowing deep within that you are so deserving and more than enough to receive this.

All that is required is for you to open to and embrace your desire,

Surrender to it and feel it in your core,

Your being that you are ready to receive.

As you merge with your desire,

Feeling,

Sensing,

Seeing all the potential and magic you create,

See if you can expand this energetic field out even further,

Taking up more space.

Keep moving until you feel your movements,

Naturally becoming smaller,

Slowing down until you feel ready to complete.

There is no rush,

Meet your body exactly where it is today.

Be it another five minutes or more,

Taking your time,

Following your body's lead and to be with your magnetism practice of calling in your desire,

Settling into your skin,

Your being,

Then coming to stillness and thanking your body for its wisdom and service.
