Hello Radiant One,

Thank you for joining me today in this embodiment meditation,

Devotion to You.

Coming fully present into this moment,

Place your hands somewhere that feels comforting for you.

Notice your breath allowing it to flow through your entire body,

The air finding its way in and around every cell,

Awakening,

Renewing every part of your body.

With each breath,

Coming more fully aware,

Letting the breath connect your body,

Allowing your body to feel into your base,

Relaxing into the furniture beneath you,

Feel into its safety and surety holding you here today.

Today you are easing into a new way of being,

Today you invite in the devotion to you and the flow of alignment with your being and trust that all is well and you will flow with ease as you connect to your true self.

Without striving or force,

Trust that you will navigate each bend and twist naturally,

Like a river flowing to the sea.

Today you invite your mind to relax,

Acknowledge any thoughts,

Then let them drift away like shooting stars across the night sky.

Take a slow deep breath,

Letting the air come into your chest and belly,

Exhale slowly with ease,

Let it be easy,

Breathe and perhaps move your body,

Taking a posture that is easy and feels pleasurable and nourishing for you.

This is a devotion,

You are moving into who you are in a new way,

Breathing into your core and letting your devotion feel alive inside of you,

Feeling your being with light and love.

Find your focus and give a nod of gentle power and devotion to you as you embark on this chapter in your life,

As we walk the path of devotion to you.

Notice this devotion is its own kind of power,

Devotion has its own kind of reassurance.

Inhale,

Expand your belly,

Feel your ribcage lift,

Let your body be soft and relax,

Allow your body to move,

Sound in any way that she feels called to.

Today the power of your body guides you,

Today your devotion moves you forward,

Today you move into the world in a new way,

Letting the devotion to you,

Your body,

Your being,

Be what guides you.

Breathe into your body and feel into her,

Find a sensation,

Notice it and move as that,

Perhaps taking a loud exhale,

Sounding your devotion to your being,

Feel free to make some noise and breathe.

Burdens or limiting thoughts will not hinder you today,

Acknowledge them,

Allowing everything that weighs you down to release into the flow of the river as you thank it for its lessons.

Sometimes pain or hurt needs some attention,

Do not rush to cover them up,

It is okay to be with the darkness,

Feel safe and held,

Giving whatever you may be feeling right now the attention it needs.

This may be the key to more freedom or expansion,

Give yourself permission to be connected to however you are feeling right now.

Now breathe light into your heart and imagine your heart glow with brightness,

The radiance that is you,

You are connected,

Shining brightly and grounded,

Feel your breath and body flow,

Move,

Make sounds,

Feel a little bit more,

Be in your essence.

Today you move into the world in your own radiance,

Your unique essence that no one else can emulate,

It is yours and only yours,

Cherish it.

Today you embrace your essence,

Today you flow into the natural power that is you,

As you devote to her this practice,

Feel into your core essence and allow it to radiate out beyond your physical body,

Nod yes,

Yes to you,

Yes to your devotion to all of you,

Nod yes to you,

Yes to you in your life embodied,

Yes to acceptance of all of you,

No matter where you are at,

Yes to ease and flow and the abundance this brings,

Yes to abundance,

Yes to stepping into the energy of flow,

Yes to carrying you forward with confidence and aliveness,

Yes to letting your essence guide you,

Trusting that your path is exactly the right way,

Breathe,

Inhale confidence,

Exhale and say yes,

Nod your head and say yes.

Today you flow in the current of effortlessness,

Navigate your day with grace,

Agility and self-assurance,

No striving,

No trying too hard,

Only ease as if you are floating safely down a river that knows the way and all that is required of you is to be open and surrender,

Shoulders soft,

Face soft,

A smile curving your lips,

Arms relaxed,

Open,

Heart open,

Fill your heart and your body with your radiance,

Your unique essence,

Trust,

Breathe,

Embrace the power of ease.

Today and each day forward commit to the devotion of being you,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Welcome this devotion and this way of being you.

As you slow down your movements and come to gentle stillness,

Thank you in your body for her wisdom and guidance.
