Hello and welcome to this guided meditation on a quick bandaid for stress relief.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath through our nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Now let's think about what has been stressing us at this time.

What does it feel like?

Do you have any strong feelings along with this emotion?

Do you have any strong sensations inside the body?

And now you may realize that you're actually fighting these emotions and feelings inside the body.

But what happens if we dig deep into these emotions and feel the sensations as they are?

So now instead of fighting those sensations,

Labeling them as bad or even trying to hide from them.

Let's go inside those emotions.

Let's fuel them.

Let's try and make them as strong as possible.

This way we give up all resistance to our sensations and make room for presence.
