Allowing myself to be here.
Taking some breaths,
Deep breaths to connect with my inner.
Feeling calm and ease through my breath that connects me divinely into my body.
This feeling the gravity of my sitting bones being pulled down into the earth.
Connecting with the earth.
Just while breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Letting go.
Letting go of all distractions.
Allowing myself to be here right here with my body and my breath.
Nothing else to do.
Just right now here.
Firmly present.
With my breath.
With my body.
With the space surrounding me.
Finding space within.
The space between the molecules.
The space between the breaths.
Simply being.
Releasing any tension that I am aware of in my body or in my mind.
Releasing that tension down,
Down into the earth as I pull in more spaciousness from within me.
Pulling it into my universe,
Into my space.
Realizing the grounding that happens simultaneously as I become more space.
Releasing and letting go.
Being simple.
Just being here.
Nothing to do.
Nowhere to go.
Just being with the here and now.
Realizing the space between the breaths and the thoughts that arise.
Knowing that everything is perfect as it is right now.
As I ground into my body.
Becoming the space of the present moment.
And taking three deep sighs,
Inhaling through your nose,
Exhaling out of your mouth.
Inhaling.
And exhaling.
Inhaling.
Exhaling.
Letting the palms meet by the heart.
Bowing my head in gratitude for all there is.
Bowing my head in gratitude to the earth that supports me,
That fills me up every single time I surrender to her.
