I take joy in every positive step I take.

My failures are stepping stones to success.

I'm becoming better,

Making my own decisions.

I'm unique,

I don't compare myself to others.

There is nothing I cannot try.

I value myself,

I value my mind,

My emotions and my spirit.

I listen to my inner voice,

My intuition.

I'm compassionate with myself and I'm becoming better at showing myself kindness.

I don't have to be perfect.

I need only one approval,

Mine.

The true happiness is to accept everything I am and will not be.

I am no longer willing to tell myself anything that can cause low self-esteem.

It's okay to make mistakes,
