You are enough, just as you are. Too often, we are led to believe something different. That our happiness and our worthiness are attached to things outside of ourselves. That we must better ourselves or change in order to achieve, or that we must change in order to be accepted. Attaching our self-worth to other people's opinions, or our own unrealistic expectations will ultimately result in us feeling 'less than' and unfulfilled. Give yourself the compassion you so freely give to others.
