Satsang with Mooji Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
Let's begin by settling the mind and the body.
Find a comfortable position either sitting upright or lying down.
If you haven't already,
Lightly close your eyes.
Place your palms upwards and connect to the energy in the space around you.
Stay open to this meditation and all that the universe has to bring.
Become aware of how you feel in this moment.
When your concentration fades,
Simply come back to the breath.
This is your time and space.
You have nowhere to go and nothing you need to give to others.
This is your time to simply be.
Give this peaceful time to yourself.
Take some deep breaths,
Breathing in clean fresh air.
Expanding your diaphragm,
Inhaling until you can take no more breath in.
Hold for a few seconds and then slowly exhale until no more air is left.
Hold for a few seconds and restart the cycle again.
Inhaling hope,
Opportunity and lightness.
Exhaling negative energy,
Fear and reluctance.
Keep focusing on your breath,
Slowly inhaling,
Holding for a few seconds and slowly exhaling.
Gently let your breath settle into a natural pattern.
Trust that you are capable of love.
You're capable of bringing the love you want and all that you desire into your relationship and your life.
Trust that you are lovable,
Worthy of receiving love and capable of giving love.
On your next breath,
Repeat the words,
I am open to receiving love.
Take a breath and repeat.
I am ready to accept the love I want in my life.
Take a breath and repeat.
I am ready to give the love I wish to receive.
Imagine your ideal relationship.
How does this make you feel?
Be as clear as you can about what you desire.
Describe in detail your relationship from the moment you awaken each day to the moment you go to sleep at night.
What does your day look like?
How does your partner make you feel?
How do you both take time to connect with each other?
How do you celebrate each other's successes and support each other through the tougher times?
What are some of the rituals you have in place in your relationship?
How do you give space to each other to be independent,
Then coming back together to share those experiences?
Take a few moments to consider this while gently breathing.
If your mind wanders,
Take a deeper breath and come back to focusing on your relationship.
Let the thoughts come to you,
Don't try and force it or question it.
Let the thoughts come to you,
Don't try and force it or question it.
How are you in your ideal relationship?
What qualities do you bring to the relationship and how do you treat your partner?
What activities do you do together and how do you show respect and love?
How do you demonstrate your commitment and support for your partner?
How do you give them love and show them they are loved?
Take a few moments to consider this while gently breathing.
If your mind wanders,
Take some deep breaths and come back to focusing on your relationship.
Let the thoughts come to you,
Don't try and force it or question what thoughts come up.
As you create this image in your mind of your partner,
As you create this image in your mind of your ideal relationship,
Just know that you are getting clearer on what's important to you.
When creating this image,
Do so without expectation or judgment.
Let your mind wander into a world of possibility,
Knowing that you are worthy of this relationship and you have so much to give and so much to receive in return.
Be open to love and new ways of embodying love in your relationship.
Take a few more moments to breathe deeply,
Enjoying the experience you've created in your mind today.
When you're ready,
Rub your hands together until you feel heat between your palms.
Place your palms gently over your eyes and slowly in your own time,
Open your eyes and remove your hands,
Gently re-entering the world around you in a state of peace and feeling of hopefulness,
Love and calm.
