Illusions Of Grandeur

Layered and mirroring each other through the passage of time, these flickering piano notes arpeggio forwards and backwards creating a lush sound bath to soak in. If delusions of grandeur are inside our minds, then illusions of grandeur are outside, a projection, a mirage of the larger mind playing with our senses. May all who come into contact pass through both safely.

This was different. So much chaos. So much to contend with. And (I just read your description) I did pass through safely. This was like being in the eye of a tornado. Or maybe, this was like watching your “life pass before your eyes” at death. It was like watching little snippets of life as you sped through at a really really high speed. I will say, I found some calm in the chaos. I focused on slowing my breath down and riding through this. I continuously needed to release tension in my leg, arm and jaw, but it allowed me to let the sounds fill my mind with little room for thought to come in. The tension was a natural reaction to the fear I felt because of the storm within. I will say, this was different, but I did enjoy it. I loved the way you brought this to a close. Slowly reducing the sounds and gently setting me back on the ground, safe and sound. Thanks for sharing your piece. It’s different but it was also fun. 💗🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰
