This short piece can help carry magnitudes of grief and sorrow while gently setting them back down again. Each-time transformed and renewed, and further along the path of recovery. So strange and effective. Anytime i need to wait something out (just 5 minutes) i use this to unleash my anxiety into the larger toxic city sludge, like an immersion into the chaos. In hopes my personal, small chaos will feel more comfortable there, and leave me.

I don't know why, but this piece made me cry...of happiness and sadness at the same time. There was chaos and beauty and all humanity, Light and darkness came into my room. And I could accept and embrace it, for all that it is. Thank you! 🙏❤️
