Namaste.

My name is Priya Sota,

Founder of InnerGen.

Today I will guide you through a meditation to bring awareness and to attract purpose into your life,

Whether that is through your career,

Through your relationships,

Or anything that you feel a misalignment in today.

So finding a nice comfortable seat,

You can be seated on the floor or sitting in your chair with your feet planted gently on the ground,

Bringing your shoulders down and back,

Lifting your spine and your head straight to the sky,

Gently closing your eyes.

Begin to bring awareness to your breath,

Cultivating energy into your belly.

Join me in inhaling deeply through your nose,

Holding it at the top.

And when you exhale,

Imagine releasing the stress and tension that you are holding in.

Breathing in again deeply through your belly,

Holding that at the top.

And on your exhale,

You release your worries,

Bringing your natural breath to your awareness,

Continuing to breathe in and out.

Allow your mind now to drift to a place that brings you joy.

Envision what purpose means might look like to you.

You may notice the smell of fresh air,

Or maybe you feel the ocean breeze.

Maybe you're in a quiet space and you hear nothing.

You hear nothing but your breath,

Breathing in and exhaling out.

Allow yourself to be still in this moment.

Joining me in the following affirmations to expand an open space for you to invite and align your purpose and your passion.

I invite you to repeat the following affirmations out loud or silently to yourself.

I deserve and accept the best.

I am confident in my skills.

I trust my decisions.

I am living life with purpose and good intention.

I deserve and accept the best.

I am confident in my skills.

I trust my decisions.

I am living life with purpose and good intention.

I am living life with purpose and good intention.

Bringing awareness back to your natural breath,

Finding stillness in your present space.

Join me in taking a deep breath in through your belly,

In through your nose.

As you hold it at the top,

Exhale any lingering tension.

Notice how you feel.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

You've done a wonderful job relaxing your body and bringing awareness to what you have to offer.

Bringing awareness to cultivate a life where your purpose and your passion align.

Before we close,

Repeating one more time the following affirmations.

I deserve and accept the best.

I am confident in my skills.

I trust my decisions.

I am living life with purpose and good intention.

Finding stillness in the next several breaths,

Taking notice of everything around you,

Feeling present in this moment.

When you dedicate yourself to what gives your life true meaning,

Believe in your heart that you are meant to live a life full of purpose and passion.

Thank you for meditating with me.
