We're calling on grace.
We're calling on grace,
We need it so much.
May we open to it more and more and may we.
Receive it.
And offer it back.
In our lives.
To ourselves,
To everybody around us.
All the beings in all the world.
Feel peaceful and happy.
May all the beings in all the world.
Feel peaceful.
And happy.
May all the beings in all the world.
Experience peace and happiness.
And so it is.
You're very beautiful,
You guys.
I can feel your authenticity.
Yeah.
That's what works.
Okay,
Has anybody got any questions or comments?
And don't be,
You know,
Don't be frightened to make a fool of yourself,
You know.
We're all bumbling.
Hi,
Primus Uda.
Yeah,
Hi.
I wanted to ask something about holding the energy.
Because always when I'm in the satsang and we're calling for Amma's grace,
I feel immediately so much love and peace and I can dive so much deep inside of me.
And the last set,
Thanks,
I felt so much love,
Especially the last one.
I had to cry the whole satsang through.
And about one hour after the satsang,
All of this peaceful and lovely energy is gone.
And I wanted to know Is there anything I can do to keep it alive or to expand it?
I don't know.
Yeah,
It's.
You know,
This is what it's like when we come together in satsang.
You know,
Everybody does bump up,
You bump up,
And you actually feel where you're going to live.
Eventually.
Do you understand?
It's like climbing.
So you feel this enhanced peace.
Now,
Over time,
If you just keep going,
This enhanced piece will become more of your baseline.
The thing that's holding you up.
Is,
And it was even in your question,
You know,
You've got a good and bad thing running.
It's good to feel this and it's not so good to feel that.
You know,
When you feel without it.
Okay,
So that is actually an obstacle,
Because Thank you.
If you center in yourself more,
And this is what I'm really wanting for you,
And I feel you will do this,
Okay?
OK,
So I mean,
I feel that.
It's going to happen.
You can relax.
But I want you to center in your own heart more.
And just notice,
You know,
Notice the great feelings of being enhanced.
And then notice what caused it to leave.
Okay,
You're centered.
A bad and good that is outside you.
And I'm warning you too.
Center in your heart.
Put your arms around yourself as.
Both your human self and your divine self.
And I want you to center in your own worth.
Your preciousness.
Yeah,
And you've got one arm.
Just stay where you are.
You've got one arm.
Yeah.
Yeah,
So we're protecting a heart like we feel it's not allowed.
We feel like our childhood conditioning.
It's not allowed,
Makes us feel vulnerable.
It is,
You guys,
All of you guys,
Please realize.
We've got the bad and good thing,
But underneath.
.
.
What is.
We're trying to run from is our own feelings of vulnerability.
But God comes in right in with your vulnerability,
Like right now.
Even so vulnerable,
Like you're feeling vulnerable,
But this is.
The creators coming in.
Amma's coming in,
The light's coming into you.
To include.
These feelings of vulnerability that that they come up you guys when it's like what our ego was built on was feelings of vulnerability and we try to run from them.
Yeah,
It's like.
.
.
You know,
The great vulnerability really of Dolly Parton coming to Nashville and coming and having a hillbilly background and saying,
I know I can be a singer,
Right?
Like it's incredibly vulnerable.
Okay,
So what.
.
.
Now,
I want you to be very honest with me.
Okay,
What is your response to what I've said?
It felt very theoretical to me.
Like it's a structure and I'm not fully getting it with my heart.
Right.
And that is a measure of Okay,
I'm going to be really blunt.
It's a measure of your alienation,
Sweetie.
Because.
I'm just,
Actually I'm asking,
It's like a little five year old child in front of me.
Who's saying,
You know,
I spilled my milk and it's like.
She thinks she's worth nothing because of the milk spilled and it's like she's just so precious.
Right?
And you're missing the fact that you're so precious just as you are.
You see this?
You're so stuck in the bad and good about spilling the milk that You're forgetting you don't,
And you think of your,
Especially your little one,
How precious she is.
Do you see,
That's all I'm asking you to learn to do for yourself,
Just when you look at your little one and how adorable she is.
Now,
Mitchie,
It's going to take.
Time and effort.
It's not done over.
Night.
I don't want you to make this into a.
Another bad and good thing.
But I think you will.
Ha ha ha!
Okay.
Yeah.
It's OK.
This is.
This is just it.
You know,
Sweet one,
Remember when you.
.
.
Where you were running from me a lot,
And I said,
Hey,
Sweetie,
I'm not going to be able to give you this level of input if you keep running.
And you stopped running,
OK?
And you turn and face it.
It's another version of the same thing.
Part of you will really want to run from this level of training.
Yeah,
Part of you really wants to stick with the bad and good because you know it so well.
And it's just what your family lines in and it's.
You see?
Even as I'm talking to you,
You know what?
You're turning into.
.
.
You know what you're turning into as I'm talking?
You're turning into this.
Huge tree.
That's had so many lifetimes.
So many years right this huge tree,
And you know when the with the big redwoods.
The bugs.
They no longer can be disturbed by bugs.
They develop some kind of chemical so they don't get infested.
So they don't get bugged.
Okay,
So Michi,
This is key for you because this bad and good keeps you feeling bugged all the time.
You're bugged.
You're bothered.
Almost every minute and it's like as you outgrow this you're just going to become like this wise tree,
Like this great oak.
That's just.
.
.
Yes.
Yeah,
That's beautiful.
I can feel it.
Okay,
That's it!
You can feel it.
That's it.
I mean,
I saw it.
And if I see it,
It's going to happen.
So it's like Amma does it,
You know,
Like it's not.
You will just do it,
Like it'll just get done.
Like,
You know,
Really,
I wish I had videos of what I was like at your age,
Really.
Really in the kind of worldview I had.
I wish I just had it so I could show you guys.
It's like,
Change happens.
We just You know,
The Creator does it for us.
We just have to be willing to allow it.
Right.
This is very good.
I almost feel like.
.
.
It's funny,
Richard,
I think you're going to actually help me to do this.
It feels like it.
It feels like that you.
.
.
That you will just.
It's like you,
You get it,
Kind of,
You get it.
And it's almost like But it's not on your shoulders.
I was just getting that.
Richard,
I got that a significant other is going to help you with this,
So I took it as Richard.
Who knows?
Knows who it is,
But somebody is.
Yeah,
But not to depend on that,
But to understand that the universe has your back,
And we'll be working with you on this.
But Michi,
You.
Um,
You know,
Sometimes when you're communicating to me and I kind of I kind of do this to you,
It's right where you're in the bad and good.
Yeah,
And as you drop down into that you're valuable.
In yourself.
You'll see our communication gets more and more seamless.
And it's beautiful the way it is,
Michi.
It's not wrong.
Like,
It's wonderful.
It's like,
I love your innocence,
Sweetie.
There's no question.
Yeah,
Your innocence and sensitivity is stunning.
Okay,
So take that home.
You know,
That's kind of the highest compliment really.
To,
Yeah.
Innocence and sensitivity and to be able to be very sensitive and keep your innocence.
Okay,
And all of you guys just.
Go like me too with this.
I'm sure everybody's seeing a bit of themselves,
Just say me too.
You're all beautiful,
You guys.
And I'm not flattering you.
I mean,
Realistically,
I mean,
I think this is very brave work.
Because you cannot hide.
At all.
Right,
OK,
Good.
So how do you feel,
Mathilde?
Very good,
Peaceful,
And yeah.
Settled,
More settled.
Yeah,
I'm glad you brought it up.
I'm really glad you did.
Okay.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Hello,
Primoz Rudov.
I would like to come forward with the biggest weakness and strength.
OK,
Good.
So I was thinking about it and for me a biggest strength I guess is like a hyper focus on something that I can really be excited about one topic so much that I really zoom into it.
Um.
.
.
And on the other side,
One of my biggest weaknesses is that I'm really not multitasking.
I'm not capable of doing multitasking.
When too many things are happening,
I'm overwhelmed.
Yeah,
And the other side of the same coin,
Right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's how it is.
Would you like to be better at multitasking?
Sometimes,
Yes.
Yeah,
It's like a question.
Is it supposed to become better?
Am I supposed to become better in this?
It's like a question now.
I don't know.
I mean.
.
.
I don't know.
Like we're all idiosyncratic,
I don't know.
I mean,
Maybe it's just.
Maybe you're just like single-purposed and it's kind of like that.
But the one thing I'm feeling is,
Yeah,
Actually,
And Richard,
You're good at this.
Okay,
So It's like the entrance into your heart is through your body.
It's like you make shifts into your body during satsang.
In a really wonderful way and then.
You know,
You'll find when you go away that your mind changes.
Bye.
Yeah,
And it's very like.
Richard,
It's very much the woman's way.
So I am actually really,
I'll tell you,
Gobsmacked and impressed at the way you do it.
And it's why I say like,
Yo,
You got that touchy feely ability.
You know,
You're,
Yeah.
So.
What I feel like is that this movement into your heart and into your body that you do sort of.
You know,
A bit at a time.
I see you do this during SESC.
And I'm sure in the rest of your life too,
It won't be just satsang,
But this is a fertile place for it,
Is that just as this happens,
You're going to become more.
How do I put it?
It's going to be more.
Inclusive,
Less either or for you.
And.
You know,
As it becomes inclusive,
Like and,
And,
And.
It's going to be easier on your nervous system and your body.
You can really strongly feel this.
That's very beautiful.
So.
.
.
You know,
It's really good to be devoted to.
You know,
It's like Premasutha has been very single-purposed herself.
But it's also good.
To have an end.
And and.
This and,
This and,
And not so,
Either or.
Just about in your worldview.
Yeah,
You know,
Uh,
Hmm.
I'm just going to listen for a minute.
I need to hear something.
It says,
If you want to become more powerful,
In everything,
As a personality in your work.
You will find that you get there through not either or so much,
But This and.
And it's like making room for ambiguities.
Making room for subtleties.
And this will happen,
Richard.
Just by you coming into your body as you are doing so beautifully.
Okay,
I don't want you to like try to do it,
Fix it or anything.
Yeah.
There is a way that I'm saying it's It's a little similar to what I said to Mitchie,
But there's this level that There's just something very beautiful about like that moves me about the way that you as a male shift into your body.
It's like,
It's very aboriginal,
You know,
It's It's sort of like beyond this culture.
Yeah,
And it's kind of,
You know,
And I'm I'm feeling like I have to tread on thin ice a little bit.
It's like you know,
This.
Um.
I'm not getting a go-ahead to say it.
You know,
Richard,
For you,
It just seems like you're like this.
Aboriginal.
Guy who somehow ended up in a 21st century European culture.
He's trying to figure it out and live in a way that he can express himself and make a contribution.
And um so it's kind of like feels like a stretch in a way but again I really want to validate Richard your preciousness.
And the unusualness of this This way you shift into truth through your body.
That I see you do during satsang.
And,
You know,
I'm just getting,
Like,
Stop talking prematurely.
Because I don't want to muddy the waters or confuse things.
It's like I don't want to confuse things.
I just really,
I just,
Again,
I kind of just want to validate.
Your origin.
And the value and how precious you are.
In the best possible way and to keep believing in yourself.
And.
And just notice.
What helps you make progress in the ways you,
What helps you feel better?
What helps you feel more yourself,
More grounded,
More real?
And do those things.
Or read these books or stay around.
Yeah.
This is a tall order in this culture.
Do you know what I'm talking about?
What can you?
Really resonates to me.
All of it,
Actually.
Okay good yeah Good.
You know,
Keeping this aboriginal consciousness in this culture,
It's like,
You know,
This is what Premasutha did after studying with Abraham.
And so when you look at the culture,
You look at some stuff and everybody else thinks it's normal,
And you go,
Oh,
This feels so wrong.
And it's just to this more innocent Aboriginal outlook.
You see,
You guys,
We all need to return to the simplicity of the more of the aboriginal way.
This is,
It is getting far too complex.
We are getting lost in it.
And you can come back to the aboriginal consciousness and still work on the computer and you know,
Use AI.
But it's this connection to the heart.
We need to connect up to our hearts and then go forward.
This is actually what this satsang is about,
Connecting up with the heart and going forward with your heart.
Because our culture is training us to leave it behind.
Right,
Okay.
Yeah,
I just want to validate you,
Richard.
Oh,
And I feel like all of you guys are getting validated.
It's wonderful.
All of you guys are getting this.
It's beautiful.
Oh,
Some of you are going,
I'm not worth it.
You are worth it.
Please.
Don't do that.
Please.
Just Please.
You guys,
Please.
Yeah.
Lorna say I'm worth it.
I'm worth it.
So be it.
We all heard it.
Alma has witnessed you.
Of course you're worth it.
Are you complete,
Richard?
Or is there more?
I guess there's more,
But I cannot find words at the moment.
Okay.
Okay,
Pretend you've got the words.
And just try.
It's not connected to the biggest strength or biggest focus.
It's just lots of conflicts in the last days and inner conflicts.
I struggle to find my to find myself in the bigger context.
Right,
Yeah,
I'm not surprised.
You know,
Just be with the conflict and just keep praying about it.
Day,
You know,
Aware of your body,
Notice in your body where you're uncomfortable.
Like Richard,
I think the body is really important for you.
So for you to really notice what parts of your body are uncomfortable.
You know,
And,
You know,
Be in your body and aware of it.
Maybe there's one thing I want to share.
Yummy.
I have the connection between the hip and the.
.
.
Of vertebrae.
The global zone.
At this time.
The connection between the hip and the spine.
There's like a blockage since yesterday.
Yeah.
I don't know.
Which side?
I don't know.
On the right side.
Gray side on the male side.
Yeah,
Male power.
You know.
Based chakra issue.
That's it.
So you guys,
Noticing the body,
It's like not trying to fix anything,
Just going,
Oh yeah,
Of course it's connected to that issue and just witnessing it.
You know,
Like putting your arms around the whole thing,
The aches in your body,
The conflicts in your head.
You know,
The emotional discomfort.
So you just put your arms around yourself as you are,
And you go,
OK,
This is a clearing.
And and you're just with it and you just keep praying and asking for guidance and The pain will lift.
As you come into clarity it's like our body things are not to be fixed,
They leave when the issue is solved.
Okay,
So The survival.
Issues and the masculine.
And the masculine power.
So.
.
.
You know,
Sometimes.
We might have,
There might be an action to take that is coming from our true nature.
And then there's an action to take that's contaminated by our ego and culture.
And you just,
Yeah.
Okay,
So that's,
And it's exactly what I'm talking about,
Like Aboriginal male in a 21st century culture trying to navigate.
OK,
So.
Richard just bumbled through it.
You know.
Ugh.
Keep steering towards silence,
Keep steering towards Amma.
And then take whatever action.
Seems right and just see the results of it.
You see?
You guys,
You are precious in yourselves.
And I come back to this,
It's like it doesn't matter whether you like,
If you're totally covered in mud and abandoned,
You're still a God in human form.
Yeah,
I'm feeling.
Yeah,
Okay.
You're receiving support.
And part of it is excruciating for you to receive support because this is where you walled it off.
As a little guy.
I'm going to ask Alma to come in.
To help you.
You know,
Richard,
There's something about where you heavily judge yourself and you don't deserve the heavy judgment.
Yeah.
This,
You're going to be in this for a bit.
So I'm just going to ask Ama to as a creator to really help you.
Yeah,
Having the courage to deepen into your true nature.
You guys,
This is what is so scary,
Is deepening into our true nature.
Truly.
It feels unsafe every step of the way.
But it's really safe.
Okay,
So I guess we'll leave it at that,
That I'm going to be asking,
I'm asking now,
But I will ask after the satsang too,
Or Amma to come in and really help you with this.
Yeah.
And me what I said to you in the satsang really starts hitting you too,
You know,
Like after the fact.
Really the fullness of what I've been trying to communicate to you.
May it really reach you.
Okay,
Good.
So it is.
It's good.
Oh,
And just feeling the divine,
You guys,
Of how you know,
How it's being strengthened here in the world through just a group of people gathering.
Two.
Allow the divine to reach them.
And to help them.
Live.
In the truth of them.
And this is what brings it to the world.
It's the most powerful thing we can do.
Because think of it,
It's like.
A person who's really awake,
When they pray,
Their prayers are so much stronger.
And the impact of whatever they do in the world is just so much stronger.
Than if somebody isn't.
That's why it's so important.
Yeah,
And it's just done for us,
You guys.
We just make progress despite ourselves.
Just keep.
Reminding yourself about the divine.
About armor.
It's so difficult sometimes,
You know,
There is a,
I went to get my teeth cleaned yesterday and the The dental assistant,
She's so lovely.
But she's in her mid-30s just when her soul's calling.
And she was talking to me that she feels so up and down and so bad a lot of the time.
She thinks it's like premenopausal and I'm going,
Oh no,
You know,
Our soul's calling.
Soul calling.
So,
You know,
I.
.
.
You know,
Pramasutra,
I go,
Well,
You know,
If you thought about this,
That maybe,
You know,
You're soul's calling.
And she was so relieved.
She was so relieved because she because that was that is what's bothering her.
And do you know what she's doing?
You know,
So her soul's starting to call.
So her first action has been that her partner who she's been living with,
They've decided to get married and I can feel like it's good they're getting married,
But I can feel that this movement to do this socially acceptable thing is coming from inside her where it's saying,
Wake up,
Wake up.
She's so outer focused.
That she just thinks,
Oh,
We'll just,
You know,
Solidify this.
Partnership that's operating fine.
Do you see what I mean?
And then she's so stressed out about the marriage and everything and about all the things and it's I could feel she's missing entirely the deeper call of her heart.
And that's why she was so relieved when I spoke to her so directly.
This is,
You know,
Our culture is so outwardly focused.
Most people just haven't got a clue.
About turning to ask themselves,
Deeper questions about their lives.
So it was sort of like in this dental office,
There's this tiny earthquake occurring.
Between Prama Siddha and this.
A sleep dental assistant,
Which is a little earthquake with this.
You know,
And I'm old enough and I've had enough experience that these,
You know,
I just do this stuff.
Wherever I go.
But it takes guts,
You know?
This really takes guts,
But I mean,
I've got nothing to lose so.
But it's kind of,
For me,
It's kind of a moral question is I cannot be silent when I hear this woman suffering.
Next,
Does anybody else got any questions or comments?
Anything goes,
You guys.
You cannot make a mistake.
Hello,
Pramasuta.
Here's Marion.
Hi,
Marion.
Hi,
Sweet one.
Hi.
I just wanted to thank you for.
Are the last satsangs.
Because I'm listening to them.
Mostly when I'm like again and again,
When I'm riding the bike,
When I go to work.
And it really feels like riding in a bubble.
So good.
Like when I'm riding through this weird.
Berlin.
Million people,
City.
Everybody is very busy and.
Like driving like nuts and I'm like on the bike.
Listening to the satsangs and when I put on my ear,
What is it,
Earphones?
Um.
I'm really grounded.
Also,
Thank you for the.
Hold the finger.
Oh yeah,
The grounding exercise.
Yeah,
Good.
You're using it.
Good.
It helps me a lot and I'm.
Sometimes I'm thinking of it,
Not all the time,
Of course,
But sometimes I'm doing so.
So I'm doing it and trying not to do that much.
You know what I mean?
I can feel that.
Some.
Big chunks of cement,
Alienation have fallen away from you.
Do you know when I'm talking to you,
It's like I can feel your heart energy.
I can feel your.
Merian energy.
Yeah.
I can feel your real juicy self in there.
This is really good work.
This is a triumph.
And I'm giving you a medal of honor,
Truly.
Yeah,
Because this kind of change is uncomfortable.
And you're doing it.
Now,
The bubble,
You know,
I would say that,
You know,
The focus on the divine can give us that too.
I mean,
I'm,
I'm touched you use the satsang.
I'm It's great.
But the bubble aspect is the connection to truth,
The connection to divine love,
The connection to the Creator energy gives us this.
Bye.
And Marianne,
That is who you really are.
Is the creator in human form.
And that's why it feels good to listen to the satsang.
Because that is your true nature.
Creator in human form.
Ah,
This is wonderful.
Really,
Sweetie,
You look like a different person.
You've had your hair done,
Right?
Have you dyed it?
Is it the same?
Is your hair color the same or have you changed it?
It's.
It's blonder,
But it's not mine,
But it's getting gray as well.
Maybe it's that.
No,
It's just,
It's just.
.
.
You know,
Take the validation,
Take it right to your heart because It's an achievement,
Marian,
Truly.
Yeah,
Here we are.
It's good.
Part of you is like,
It's like you can accept it this much.
I want it to go deeper.
I want you to really get like.
Yeah,
I think the.
Maybe it's not a problem,
But the thing about this is like.
Who is it when I take it?
Deeper.
Like what about the ego thing?
It's not an I that takes it.
Like,
Who is taking it?
You know what I mean?
Yes,
Yes,
Yes,
Yes,
Yes,
Yes.
Like kind of kind of kind of the question when,
Like,
We're not supposed to be the doer,
But we have to take the responsibility,
But not the responsibility in doing.
That's what you said.
This is very good.
OK,
It's very good.
So,
Michi,
Do you hear this,
What she's doing?
Because this is what you do.
And it's like,
Marion?
If you have a five-year-old child in front of you.
Aren't you just going to hug that child and love that child?
Like,
They're adorable.
They're little bodies.
They're bringing toast to mom in the mornings.
I don't know.
Actually,
I find three-year-olds the most.
I mean,
Absolutely.
Their chubby little legs and everything.
So can you do that for yourself,
Please?
I mean,
When you have a little one,
You go,
I love this little one.
You're not going,
Well,
If I love this little one,
She might have a big ego.
Okay.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay.
So can you just let me love you and validate you?
And you know.
Do you guys,
You hear it all?
Like,
Cause you're all,
This is what you all suffer from.
And it's so,
I get it.
I actually feel like it's the revolutionary nature of this work,
Truly.
Wanna love you?
But it's Alma,
It's what she hugs us.
Thank you.
She says she loves the way we walk and talk.
Just what you've done,
Your growth,
Marion,
Since I've met you.
The movement you have made out of your head Is.
Worthy of note,
It's worthy of comment,
It is Well,
We could even say it's a miracle.
I'm teasing you.
I'm kind of teasing you.
But if you knew Marion's and my,
Our initial conversations,
You know,
Like.
Really,
Sweetie.
I'm gobsmacked.
Right.
Coming home to your heart,
Coming home to your value.
OK,
Say.
Say,
Marion,
Say,
I deserve this.
I deserve this.
You do.
You've earned it.
Bye.
Oh,
Beautiful.
That is so beautiful,
Marianna.
Oh my goodness.
Oh my goodness.
Bye.
You know,
When you're a product of an alienated society,
And you move.
Into this kind of Love.
And self-recognition.
It is.
An unbelievably courageous thing to do.
That quiet,
You know,
A quiet believing in yourself underneath.
It's like your soul underneath going.
You are me.
You're me.
Your true identity is going to change.
I'm really here.
I mean you.
I am you.
It's really good,
Miriam.
Man.
You know,
When the going gets tough,
The tough get going when I'll tell you when there is something so powerful that happens when people who have been carrying a lot of resistance.
When they let it go.
The goodness that it does,
The power of the goodness.
Is huge.
This is.
.
.
Huge what you're doing,
Marian,
For the group,
But I can also feel it going out.
See,
This is our power.
When we drop resistance,
Especially when we Allow heavier resistance to drop.
Whole world gets brighter.
There's more love allowed in the whole world.
Inside everybody.
We're all inside ourselves and we're all inside each other,
You guys.
This is why it matters what we do.
Yeah,
I feel like you might have a moment of just being incredibly grateful to be alive.
Marianne,
I don't know,
Sometime in the next month and I'll tell you what it is.
It will be your soul.
Being so grateful.
To be allowed to come into your life experience.
That's where this gratitude is going to be coming from.
It's your soul going,
Thank God.
I'm not being walled off.
I can come in to this.
Earthly reality.
Okay,
This is too much for you.
Okay,
I'm not going to push you anymore.
I'm going to just surround you with angelic support.
I'm going to ask Amma to help you with this too.
Thank you.
Yeah.
And and.
Marianne,
You're to be very gentle with yourself for the next three weeks.
Has always seemed a great.
And please,
You know,
Contact me,
Email me if you just,
You know,
I'm behind you on this.
I will be with you every step of the way.
Thank you so much.
Yeah okay yeah you see you guys this is what happened with me and ama i woke up to how much she loved me you understand it was an ongoing Oh,
She loves me that much.
Oh,
She loves me this much.
You know,
How much she loved and understood me.
And there's similar things that happen with students and any teacher,
Any real teacher,
As you wake up.
To how much this teacher loves and understands you.
Yeah,
It takes a while.
There's no rest.
Thanks a lot.
But that's the power of working with somebody who's awake.
This is why it works.
Because you just realize how much they love you.
Right.
How much they love and understand you.
And it took me years to realize how much Abraham loved and understood me.
Like I didn't see it.
In fact,
You know what I was like,
I kind of always felt like I didn't measure up for to Abraham and but then he invited me to join the inner circle and I still kind of experienced it like,
Well,
I'm not good enough.
I can't do this.
I'm not good enough.
Do you know that's how crazy it is?
So I really get what the ego does to you guys.
That's it.
I've just been doing it for 40 years,
You know,
That's all.
Who will you be after 40 years of this?
You'll be levitating.
No ceiling.
Anybody else?
I don't want to put you on the spot,
Judy.
I feel a little bit of a pull towards you,
Though.
But I don't want to,
Like,
If it doesn't feel right,
Then just.
.
.
No problem.
What I was trying to say was,
While I was listening to everybody,
Because this was very revelatory,
It was a great session,
But I felt myself shrinking more and more as I listened.
I felt almost as if I was listening to an adult conversation.
Not that I was a child,
But that it was that I'm not there.
Right,
Okay,
Right.
That's that's the shrinking and shrinking and shrinking and it's like Yeah.
I almost felt as if my ego was sliding in to build a little wall so that I didn't have to feel bad about not getting everything.
Yeah,
That I mean,
Yeah,
That sensation is is yeah,
Your your egos like,
You are getting smaller and smaller.
It's like what resistance does to us.
We get If we go along with resistance,
We get smaller and smaller and smaller.
This is what happens.
That makes sense.
Right.
And this is,
You know,
It's the line that,
In a way,
I'm asking you to step across.
There's no rush,
Judy,
At all.
But it's like,
I said to you that I felt sometimes speaking with you that you were still the little girl.
Who is getting in trouble for her bangs,
That you couldn't hear me.
You couldn't hear what I was saying,
Except within those parameters of that you've done something wrong.
You had just been trying to help and you were being blamed for it.
I felt like you were still perceiving everything I was saying through that.
When I just want to love you.
And you're worthy of it.
Just as you are,
Even with the shrinking little shrinking feelings,
It's That's okay.
It's actually good that you noticed.
It's like what I was saying to Richard.
This is our Aboriginal self that gets this data.
So if we're shrinking,
This is what the ego does to us.
And you can see people get smaller and smaller and smaller as they get older.
Until when they're really old.
Some people,
Their minds are tiny.
And you're not like that,
Judy,
Okay?
You are not like that.
You know,
Sweet One,
The trouble is that at some level you believed this conditioning,
That you were not Good enough.
That is the trouble that as a little kid.
You believed it and you're holding on to it.
But,
You know,
You're still God.
It's like you're God holding on to this illusion.
It's okay,
I'm sweetie.
Half the people in this group have had countless hugs from Amma.
Like,
Listen,
You are right on track.
There is no criticism.
Nothing is wrong.
This is what we're like.
This is what we started out like.
This is what it was like working with Marion.
That's why I was giving her all these badges of honor.
She had the same thing running,
Judy,
As you.
This is what we're like.
This is what Prema Sudha had.
Okay,
So what you're telling me is that you feel safe here.
That's the thing.
This is,
You guys,
This is what happens to us.
We feel safe in the little.
Heart of the ego.
And feeling bad about ourselves.
As part of us,
It just feels it's the way it should be.
But it's turned out like it here.
You're right,
It's my comfort zone,
But I certainly don't like it here.
Yeah,
I know.
Good.
I mean,
Just admitting that it's your comfort zone.
That is good progress.
That's it.
And you know what happens,
Judy,
Is as we keep going,
You start seeing the insanity.
Of choosing to sort of sit on a bed of nails when you could get a loving hug,
You know.
Really,
It You don't have to push yourself or anything.
Just the insanity of it will gradually dawn on you.
Truly.
You know,
Or not,
In which case your health will fail.
I mean,
Yeah.
Who wants that?
Yeah,
Because this keeps us healthy.
There's no rest.
That's very good.
That's very good work.
Just admitting it's your comfort zone.
That's it.
You know,
This is why change is so slow on the earth plane.
That's what we're like.
This is what we're all like,
Judy,
All of us.
Teachers don't usually talk about how resistant they were.
But we're all like this.
You know,
Except for the people that come in with their avatars or they come in with no garbage.
Yeah,
This is what we're like.
You could play with it a little bit,
Imagine what it would be like.
Coming out of this little cave.
You could just imagine.
Coming out of the cave and.
And walking into the light.
That's the kind of thing I did to help myself.
And it's okay if you're too scared to do that.
Don't worry.
It's all good.
I'm listening.
To quote you for that small,
Still voice.
I keep listening for it in my meditation and throughout the day.
Someday,
Maybe.
Well,
Maybe you have to admit how you know,
Like that it's just been a safe place to be deaf to it.
You know,
And as you admit that.
The door may open.
Right,
Because your conditioning would be very happy for you to just stay kind of like a failed spiritual student who tries.
Can't do it.
And be the little kid standing in the line.
I'm trying so hard and I'm still getting in trouble.
It's okay.
It's beautiful.
Actually,
It's beautiful.
Actually,
Judy,
I see light around you.
Yeah.
Yeah,
You guys.
You know,
This has been very thrilling for me,
Like the level of vulnerability and honesty.
I'm really,
Really touched.
Right.
Take care of yourselves,
You guys.
Take care of your.
.
.
Hearts,
You know.
Yeah.
And forgive your errors,
You know.
Really,
You guys have made my day,
Honestly.
I'm like,
I'm going to be like floating for the rest of the day at this level of innocence.
And I'm going to be asking Ama to surround you.
And to work specially with you.
Bye,
You guys.
Yeah,
I'm so touched.
I'm just so touched.
