So we might wonder what waking up feels like.
You know,
Many people that I've talked to will say that it's as if they're waking up to the fact they've been in a coffin,
They've been boxed,
And that they no longer have to live that way.
So this is a metaphor for,
The box is a metaphor for a life that's lived in the intellect.
So we,
You know,
We think we're living but our heart is asleep and so,
You know,
We don't have much fun actually.
And we tend to really lurch from crisis to crisis because our soul wants us to wake up.
So,
You know,
It puts pressure on us.
But,
You know,
I think there's a lot of talk about waking up,
But not much about what it really feels like.
So,
You know,
When you wake up and you start coming out of the box,
You will start to feel more present in your body,
More present with what's happening.
You'll feel more like the child you were.
You know,
Not like that you've become someone else.
You'll connect up with how you felt as a child more.
You'll be more in touch with your emotions.
You'll be able to witness your thoughts rather than just buying into them.
So you can,
You know,
If something upsets you,
You step back and you can witness your,
You know,
What happened and your response and know that this is just a complex that's clearing.
You'll be more relaxed.
Food will taste better,
I promise.
I think it's partly that when we wake up,
We become less numb.
So,
Taste is more subtle.
You can pick up more subtle flavours.
You know,
If you really wake up,
You will really love yourself and love others.
And so you won't buy into negative thoughts about people.
You'll see their hearts.
You know,
You'll see their struggles.
And you'll have a compassionate attitude.
Animals will love you.
Strangers may spontaneously smile at you and talk to you because your energy is sweet.
So everybody feels it.
Your life will start to make sense.
You'll feel like you're coming out of some labyrinth of confusion and life will start to get simple and will make sense.
And you'll understand your life better and why certain things had to happen.
You know,
We talk about falling in love,
But really,
You know,
It's a process of falling out of our heads into our hearts.
We don't even need a person to love.
We can fall out of our heads into our hearts.
And often this process will think it's terrible.
Some crisis will occur.
You know,
We lose our job or lose our mate or something happens.
But what's really happening is we're falling out of our head into our hearts.
And that's why these crises turn into good news.
Often,
You know,
A year later we go,
I'm better for this happening.
Yeah.
Anyway,
Bless your hearts.
Just keep going.
The universe is loving.
