The EgoMind Is Full Of False Promises

Premasudha points out how often we have been deluded by our egos or minds which tell us we will be permanently happy if: we get the ideal job; we get married; make a lot of money; or get an enormous television set. Whatever we were promised either didn't happen or it has a worm in it, so we still weren't happy, even if our dream came true.

This whole world is an illusion, so how could a dream figure (us) obtain some object to solve our lives. What solves our lives is awakening to see the big picture. Rising up in awareness makes us happy.
