Love this!! Welcome back Premasudha!!! I thought of you when I was at a grocery store and watched a dad tap his son pretty hard on the chest to chastise him for something he did or didn’t do. I made it a point to muster up all my light and walk through them while in the produce aisle. Made sure to brush the young guy on the arm lightly and said “you’re okay. ” I walked around the dad and by the sister to look at the apples I didn’t really need, just to impact their energy and lighten the mood. It was a lovely experience looking everyone in their face and smiling at their grimacing faces. Reminded me of your story about the boys and their grandfather.
