If we try to feel our pain instead of running from it, it becomes less intense. Pain simply shows us where we’re off track or where something needs attention. If we listen to it, we can understand what the Universe is trying to tell us and adjust our course—allowing the pain to ease and our wounding to heal.

And you guys,

It's not the end of the world if you're in pain.

You can just feel it.

If you just turn and feel it,

Kind of get interested in what does it feel like to be in this amount of pain?

What's going on in my thoughts?

What's going on in my body?

Yeah!

Yeah!

That's it.

Then,

You know,

When you turn and face it like that,

50% of the pain is removed.

Any pain you're in is just showing you where you're disconnected from truth,

From the love inside you.

And the pain is the universe's way of bringing you back to yourself.

It's sort of like we wouldn't know that we were walking on a road of nails if we didn't feel the punctures in our foot.

So the pain lets us know there's a problem.
