Whatever we love isn't work to us.
So,
You know,
I used to notice on the days when I was raising kids and the days that I really my heart was full.
And I was really grateful to have children.
It was so easy.
And if I ever got caught in more than negative,
Like feeling sorry for myself,
Or,
You know,
Really,
Really tired,
And concentrating on like,
How tired I was and how sore my body was,
Then it was just could be so hard raising kids.
And of course,
They pick up on how the mom's feeling.
So you know,
Just on the day where you're feeling like,
The worst,
The kids will behave the worst.
Because they,
They're so young,
They don't they feel all the emotional material coming from the mama,
And they don't know how to deal with it.
So they just act it out.
And we get mad at them,
But really,
We should take some time and work with our own perceptions.
And,
You know,
Work hard to bring yourself back to love,
You know,
Whatever your relationships or your family or,
You know,
What,
What work is like for you.
Bring your attention to what you could be grateful for.
And for seeing the positive in things like fan the flame of the love inside you.
You know,
This life on earth wasn't meant to be hard labor.
Really,
Our souls are just so joyful,
They just want to play really,
They love play.
It's why little kids love play because they're so close to their divine natures.
But you know,
Given half a chance,
An adult can find the spirit of play too.
So remember this,
This life isn't just to be a hard slog,
Or too painful all the time.
Bring the love back in,
You know,
Steer your mind towards gratefulness.
You know,
Even if you can't feel it,
If you steer your mind that way,
You'll feel it in the future,
You'll feel it in a few weeks,
You'll,
You'll wake up one morning just feeling grateful,
Because for several weeks before that you reminded yourself to be grateful,
Gently,
Not strong arming yourself gently.
So,
You know,
We could all be having a much happier time here.
So this is just a plug for,
You know,
Fan the flickers in your heart.
And remember,
We're,
We're all in this together,
And nobody's got it sewn up.
And,
You know,
You don't know everything.
Other people don't know everything.
I don't know everything.
And we just like bumble along.
But if we can,
You know,
Shed a little light shed a little warmth,
Then it's good.
Our souls are happy.
Okay,
Bless your heart.
