God comes in through humour. Indeed, in bygone eras, the court jester was crucial because he would relieve the tension (by provoking laughter) just by telling the truth. Laughing brings us back to our bodies and hearts and is very important on the spiritual journey, which can feel so serious at times. Jenna does a truly great job of laughing at herself as she feels caught in the bog of dense emotions. This laughter can be the door opening to freedom. Speaker: Jenna Schroer

I feel like I'm in a bog,

You know,

I'm very aware of the bog.

Yeah.

And I don't want to be in the bog,

But I am.

So here we are.

But the creator comes in through humor,

You know,

Like able,

Sweetie,

That's it,

Be able to laugh about it,

That that's your soul energy.

That's awesome.

You know,

I mean,

The reason Winnie the Pooh is so popular is so many of us know about being Eeyore,

Right?

Yeah.

True.

Yeah.
