Here's some more nuts and bolts about transformation and the miserable sinner stuff and getting in the driver's seat of your car of your life.

You know,

I spent many years of my life,

I guess from 40 on,

Or a decade at least,

Maybe in 15 years,

Where I felt that I was doing something that was really taboo,

That I was doing something kind of shameful.

And at the same time,

I constantly got proof that I was moving more into truth,

That I was helping more people,

That I understood more and was peaceful and had more compassion for people.

So I got all this data that things were getting better,

But at the same time,

I had this feeling of doing something really bad.

And you know what,

What I realized is the feeling of doing something bad is just sort of that taboo we've had about moving into truth.

You know,

Really,

I mean,

We think of ourselves as a free country,

I guess maybe less now,

But you know,

For years it was as if North America was free,

The West was free,

And really how many of us are free internally,

You know,

To be ourselves?

So I was so aware of,

You know,

When I sort of outgrew my career and I couldn't go back to journalism,

And I didn't have like a proper career,

And I'd grown up in a success-oriented household.

So it was just like this one who didn't fit in.

And all I can say is that I'm glad I sided with the actual empirical evidence and not with these feelings of that I was doing something taboo,

Because it would have stopped me and that would have been sad.

So it's sort of like,

If you take,

You know,

Have a lot of discernment around how you are with yourself,

And you know,

With these feelings come up of doing something taboo,

Or when you're just following your guidance and you're not breaking any laws.

You know,

There's really taboos on loving people deeply.

You know,

One of my,

This,

You know,

I want to tell a story of this woman who she,

You know,

Her child's in daycare and she's very musical.

And you know,

She doesn't,

She hasn't sung to her child,

Because she felt like not very good about herself.

But the thing is that singing to her child would strengthen her heart and it would help her child.

And this is our state nowadays.

Please,

Please,

Fan the flickers of in your heart,

You know,

Fan the flickers of love.

Don't let it go out.

You know,

We're really,

We're so alienated,

Out of touch with our truth.

And we need hearty,

Brave souls who are willing to,

You know,

Fan the flames of their own heart and let themselves love deeply.

And you know,

I'll tell you,

We'd have so many fewer social problems if moms and dads even knew that they were allowed to love their children really deeply.

I mean,

We can think we love them deeply,

But when our heart really opens and we start really feeling our capacity for love,

We'll realize how numbed out we were in every direction.

And see,

The thing that's going to change the way humanity is going is the more of us who wake up,

We will change the direction that we're going in,

Which doesn't seem good,

I think,

To any thoughtful person.

So you know,

It's like getting the boots on the ground in each one of us,

You know,

Daring to fan the flame,

Daring to love deeply,

Daring to,

You know,

Reach out to people.

You know,

Say a kind word to somebody who's,

You know,

Sad,

Who looks sad,

Or smiling at strangers or,

You know,

On my video about me going over to the mom with the crying baby on the plane and just sharing the human condition more.

I'll tell you,

I'll tell you,

You'll feel a lot happier.

You'll just be happier.

You'll walk taller.

You'll have a spring in your step with just sharing your heart a little more,

Even if you might feel like it's taboo.

And you know,

The first few people when you're experimenting,

The first few people might look at you quizzically just because they're reflecting back to you that you're a little conflicted about the whole thing.

But really,

The more you can like share the human condition with strangers and shine your light,

Spread your warmth,

The more connected you'll be.

Anyway,

Bless your hearts.

I know it's a ride.

You have all my empathy and all my support and blessings.

Yes,

Many blessings,

Always.
