Hi,

This is Pratimana Agaraj and you're listening to Insight,

A weekly podcast that invites you to live an inspired life and be the best version of yourself.

On today's podcast,

Unhide and Be All of You.

Have you ever felt like there's more to you than what you currently are?

Like the true you is buried and hidden so well,

Even from yourself.

The feeling of living behind a mask may spring from early experiences like threatening emotions,

Being judged or going through disappointing relationships.

There are innumerable reasons why we may put on these masks,

Which slowly but surely turn into a hard shell,

Separating us from ourselves as we get lost forever on an unknown and undesired path,

Often oblivious and unaware of our true identity.

When we encounter some of life's deepest,

Darkest situations and wade through the limitations and problems staring us in the eye,

Challenging us to step up and be more and be strong.

And when we question our heart as to what it truly desires,

We can't hide from our true self anymore.

These difficult life situations,

Be it in relationships,

Health,

Money or career,

Often prompt us to find those deeper and truer parts of us,

Those parts that we're still a little uncomfortable with,

Which may be engulfed with guilt,

Fear,

Anger,

Shame or anxiety,

Are those parts of us that are full of love,

Joy and beauty.

It's time,

Dear one,

To bring them all out into the open,

Into our conscious awareness,

No longer hidden,

No longer a secret,

And realize that these parts are not our enemies or strangers.

They are very much our own.

Those parts that we've been missing most of our life,

Those parts that we've been looking to find for a very long time,

Mostly through the tinted eyes of judgment that created the aversion and dislike to our own self.

It's true that the part of you that you're hiding is also precisely what you're longing for the most in your life.

We often feel drawn to situations and people in which these hidden parts are fully expressed,

Putting us into a loop of creating the same undesired patterns in our life over and over again.

But,

Dear one,

There's no brilliance or sanity in this choice of seeking someone else to fill the absence within you because a truly fulfilling communion and connection can only be built by appreciating the fullness in one another and bringing out those hidden parts in each other.

Love and be compassionate to those parts of you that you're hiding,

The exuberant part,

The compassionate part,

The one whose heart is full of love,

That part of you that's filled with creativity,

The one who is full of generosity and the spirit of gifting,

That part of you that's powerful,

Confident,

And full of hope,

That part of you that's a creator of magnitude and an alchemist of change and has magical abilities to create the future,

The part that can receive any adversity,

Judgment,

Suffering,

Or a problem with absolute grace and humility and still come out a winner.

That part of you that embraces the truth of mortality and knows how to live life to the fullest,

That part that's powerful enough to inspire others around you and change this world into a better place.

It's time to give love and be compassionate to all these parts,

Beautiful being.

I invite you to choose to unhide every undisclosed part of you that you've made a secret and be all of you right now,

This moment.
