Make yourself comfortable and relax.

Gently bring your attention to your breath.

Breathe in God's peace and breathe out your troubles.

Allow these words to settle gently into your heart,

Offering solace and strength,

Especially during moments of difficulty or fear.

And I encourage you to join me in reciting it seven times,

Whether aloud or in silence,

This prayer was prayed by my Motther for my Father’s safety as he was sent into ears in his 30 year military career. He was protected by thie Lord in all situations.
