Inhaling your essence and exhaling out any tension,

Any stress,

Any worry.

And do that two more times in your own unique way as you bring your awareness to the here and now.

Allowing any other thoughts or distractions or to-dos to just take a pause.

As we together join in this beautiful communal space,

We align our heads and our hearts.

And we notice the space between our left brain and right brain as we bring our awareness to our heads.

This miraculous construct of our intellect where our right brain and our left brain work in harmony to integrate our wholeness.

And we give our brains permission to quiet,

To open,

And to create space as our left and right lobes work in more harmonious fashion for what is now,

For what can be.

And then we take an inhale and we breathe our awareness from our head space down into our heart space as we feel our hearts beat with vitality and health,

With power,

With intelligence circulating our life force,

Our blood flow to our organs,

Our vessels,

Our lungs,

Our muscles,

Our bones.

We notice this intelligence that we're not in control of and we're not controlling as we open our hands and open our hearts to surrender to this magnificent place and space.

And in this space,

Let's invite some memory of when we felt incredibly loved,

Unconditionally loved by someone or something into that heart space of ours.

Just allow a memory or a feeling to pop in when you felt completely cared for,

Unconditionally loved.

And then notice how that can then trickle out from your heart space and calm any places of tension in your body that may need unconditional love from you,

Healing,

Hope,

And wholeness.

And we take that intention of unconditional love and we send it to everyone on this call and everyone that we are connected to,

To our communities,

To our workplace,

To our loved ones,

To our nation,

To all nations.

And in this space of love,

We send that same unconditional energy of healing to the virus,

To all people impacted by the virus,

And we send it our love.

We send it our healing.

And we collectively calm and we collectively connect.

And then we bring back our intention,

Our awareness back into our heart space with a sense of calm and presence,

Knowing that we are not alone,

Knowing we are cared for,

We are prepared,

We are protected.

Taking a deep breath,

Inhaling your spirit,

Your inspiration,

Your connection to source,

Connection to unconditional love,

And allowing your exhale now to infuse that into your whole being.

Simply wiggling your fingers and toes,

And then in your own time and in your own way,

You can gently open your eyes.
