Day 05 - Throat Chakra 741Hz - Remove All Negative Blockages

This is day 05 of my 7-day meditation course with Root Chakra (396 Hz), Sacral Chakra (417 Hz), Solar Plexus Chakra (528 Hz), Heart Chakra (639 Hz), Throat Chakra (741 Hz), Third Eye Chakra (852 Hz), and Crown Chakra (963 Hz). This energy center is located between the collarbones. It’s associated with the color blue, promoting a feeling of calmness and stability. When the throat chakra is blocked, we lack the confidence to express our feelings, ideas, and thoughts. In turn, we may find ourselves frustrated at the inability to find the correct words. This chakra is associated with the throat, neck, and nasal passages, so essential oils can surely help open it. Some of the best ones you can try include frankincense, geranium, and peppermint.
