Some days are just a blur of busyness and a blur of overwhelm and a blur of to-do lists.
And we find ourselves just going,
Going,
Racing.
And I invite you to pause on those days when you have no time to pause.
I invite you to pause to see that there is room for a pause.
And in fact,
It is so necessary so that you can live those days a little differently.
You can be present.
You can experience the day instead of just exist and survive the day.
Pause as many times as you need.
Just surrender for a few minutes.
I invite you to try it.
Place your hands over your heart and just breathe.
Just breathe.
Allow yourself to surrender to this minute fully,
Completely.
Feel your heart beating.
Feel the warmth.
Feel the calm settle over you like magic.
Allow it.
Thank you heart for being my constant companion,
For never letting me down.
Thank you for this moment of calm.
I really needed it.
Thank you.
And breathe.
And just notice that you feel a little different.
You feel a little lighter,
A little calmer,
And that's it.
That's what you needed,
A little reset,
A little grounding on this day of busyness,
To-do list,
And overwhelm.
You can return to this practice as often as you want,
As often as you need.
It is always available to you.
These moments of surrender are always available to you.
