Bring your awareness to the energy center at the very top of your head. This energy center governs your relationship with your higher power. Carolyn Mace describes it as a Greece bank account. Where we learn to live fully in the present moment. With the awareness that there is a divine reason for every experience in life. Take a deep breath. And into this space. Receive these affirmations. I am comforted knowing that I am held by something with more power and wisdom. And fear. I know, In any moment. I can connect my mind. With the Divine Mind. And bring peace. The doorway to the divine is presence. And the doorway to presence. Opens with my next breath. In any moment, I can connect to the Divine with two words. Show me. I will move through this day with loving intention. For the highest good of all. I will radiate my Sacred Self outward, For the collective good of all. Today, I will remember. The divine reveals itself. In an awareness. That feels like remembering. In any moment. I can connect to the divine. With these two words. Use me.

A gentle, calming few moments that brought me closer to the presence of the divine. I felt wrapped in peace, warmth, and love. And was reminded of the importance of asking God, or the Universe, to show me-- and most importantly, to use me. To let life flow through me.
