Heavenly Father,
I thank you for the gift of this new day.
As the sun rises and fills the world with light,
I feel your presence awakening my spirit,
Renewing my hope,
And guiding my steps.
I am grateful for the breath in my lungs,
The beating of my heart,
And the beauty of creation that surrounds me.
May I use this day to honor you in all I do.
Blessed Mother Mary,
As I face the challenges and joys of this day,
May I draw inspiration from your life and strive to follow in your footsteps.
O Holy Father,
Grant me the wisdom to discern your will in every moment of this day.
Help me to walk the path you have laid before me with courage and conviction.
When I am faced with decisions,
May your Spirit guide me so that I choose what is right and just.
Strengthen me against temptation and give me the grace to resist the things that draw me away from you.
Mother Mary,
Sweet Mother,
Wrap me in your loving embrace and protect me from all harm.
Intercede for me with your Son that I may receive the strength I need to overcome the trials and tribulations of this day.
When I am weary,
Lift me up.
When I am troubled,
Calm my heart.
When I am lost,
Guide me back to the path of righteousness.
Help me to bear my burdens with patience and to offer them up in union with the sufferings of Christ.
O Holy Father,
Let your peace,
Which surpasses all understanding,
Fill my heart and mind today.
May it overflow into every interaction I have,
Bringing calm to the anxious and hope to the weary.
Teach me to be an instrument of your peace,
Spreading love and kindness wherever I go.
Help me to forgive as you forgive,
To love as you love,
And to serve as you serve.
Mother Mary,
You are the epitome of compassion.
Help me to see others through your eyes with a heart full of love and understanding.
When I encounter those who are hurting,
May I offer them comfort.
When I meet those who are in need,
May I offer them help.
When I cross paths with those who are lonely,
May I offer them companionship.
Teach me to be patient,
Gentle,
And kind,
Following your example in all things.
O Holy Father,
I offer up to you all my intentions for this day.
You know my needs,
My desires,
And my struggles.
I place them in your hands,
Trusting that you will provide for me according to your perfect will.
Whether in joy or in sorrow,
May I always turn to you with a heart full of faith and trust.
Mother Mary,
I ask for your intercession in all that I do today.
Present my prayers before the throne of God and obtain for me the graces I need to faithfully carry out his will.
May my actions reflect my love for you and for your Son,
Jesus Christ.
O Holy Father,
I ask for your blessing upon this day.
May your light shine upon me,
Guiding my steps and illuminating my path.
Blessed Mother Mary,
I ask for your blessing as well.
Watch over me and protect me as only a mother can.
Keep me close to your heart and lead me ever closer to your Son.
May I feel your presence with me throughout this day.
