Dear soul,
Let us be present.
Let us acknowledge the tightness in our chest,
The quickening of our breath,
The restless thoughts that spiral in our minds.
Anxiety has its way of whispering fear,
Of pulling us away from our center and telling us stories that make us feel small,
But here,
In this moment,
We are enough.
We have always been enough.
Breathe in deeply and as you exhale,
Softly say to yourself,
I am enough.
In the rush of life,
We often forget that it's okay to pause,
It's okay to feel overwhelmed.
We are free to let go.
I am enough.
Allow yourself to feel the warmth of this truth.
You don't need to have all the answers right now.
In this moment,
Your only task is to be,
To be enough.
I am enough.
Feel the rhythm of your heart.
It has carried you through so much.
Even in your stress,
There is resilience,
There is power,
And there is softness too.
Let yourself soften,
Inhale peace,
Exhale fear.
I am enough.
There may be moments when your mind races,
And yet,
The thoughts may swirl,
But they do not define you.
The fear may rise,
But it does not control you.
I am enough.
Let go of the need to control everything.
Let go of the pressure to be perfect.
Anxiety may knock at the door,
But you do not have to invite it in to stay.
Inhale deeply once again,
And as you exhale,
Feel the tension leaving your body.
Let it fall away.
You are enough.
Know that when the anxieties return,
As they often do,
You can come back to this place,
This place of stillness,
This place of peace.
You are never alone in your struggle.
And each time you pause,
Each time you breathe,
You come back to yourself,
You come back to the truth.
As we come to the close of this time together,
Let your body remember this feeling of release.
And when you find yourself overwhelmed once again,
Remember,
You are more than the sum of your worries.
You are enough,
Just as you are.
Breathe in deeply one last time.
And as you exhale,
Whisper to yourself,
I release,
I receive,
I am enough.
Let this be your mantra,
Your anchor,
Your truth.
You are enough,
Always enough.
