Before the world rushes in, before the noise of the day tugs at your mind, there is this: a quiet moment where you don’t have to strive, don’t have to fix, don’t have to be anything more than you already are. This isn’t just a meditation—it’s a remembering. A slow, gentle unraveling of all the ways you’ve been holding yourself too tight. A whispered truth that wraps around you like warmth: you are already held. Already loved. Already enough. Let this be your morning ritual. A space where you don’t push forward but sink inward. A space where you don’t have to prove your worth—you simply breathe and let love remind you that it never left. Because before the emails, the to-do lists, the expectations of the world—there is something deeper, something vaster, something unshakable beneath it all. And it’s holding you. Right now. Just as you are.

The world is still stretching awake,

Sighing in golden light,

And so are you.

Not rushing,

Not reaching,

Just here.

Your body,

Warm from sleep,

Wrapped in the silent embrace of something ancient and steady.

Something that has held you long before you even knew to ask for it.

Breathe in,

Not just air,

But the feeling of being kept,

By the unseen hands of grace,

By the rhythm of your own heartbeat,

By the love that does not waver,

Even when you do.

Feel the weight of your body against this moment.

It is proof.

You belong.

You are not an afterthought.

You are not forgotten.

You are known in ways deeper than words.

Held.

Not for what you do.

Not for how well you play the game of life.

But simply because.

You are you.

Breathe out the need to prove,

To fix,

To earn.

Let the world spin without your permission.

You are still held.

There is nowhere to get to before first remembering this.

Love already has you,

Even in your flaws,

Even when you can't quite feel it.

Breathe in the quiet knowing.

Let it settle in your bones.

Let it unclench the tight spaces inside you.

Today will unfold as it will,

And you will meet it,

Moment by moment.

Not as someone who must fight for worthiness,

But as someone already cradled in something vast and unwavering.

So move slowly if you need to.

Stand tall if you can.

Either way,

You are already enough.

Now go and live.

I was trying to explain the feeling and knowing of faith to my husband, and it alluded me, but your words of being held in love for eternity, sum it up beautifully. Thankyou
