I recorded this piece of music in a moment of stillness, in a space where the noise of the world outside disappeared and only the music was allowed. The entire piece has been totally improvised simply following the rhythm of the metronome set at 66bpm to synchronise my heartbeats with the progression of the notes. I hope you will enjoy exploring the inner movement of thoughts, feelings, and perceptions accompanied by the gentle sound of this guitar.
