This meditation gently supports you during moments of anxiety, mental restlessness, or emotional overwhelm. Instead of trying to control your thoughts or force relaxation, we use listening as the anchor. The sound becomes a steady ground — something stable to rest your attention on while sensations and thoughts move naturally. The music is slow, spacious, and intentionally supportive, helping regulate the nervous system without overstimulation. There is no pressure to calm down. You are simply invited to listen. As you settle into the sound, you may notice a natural softening — not because you made it happen, but because your system begins to feel safe. All you need to do is listen.

Take a moment.

You don't need to change anything.

If anxiety is here,

Let it be here.

There is nothing to fix right now.

Just begin by listening,

Not trying to relax,

Not trying to breathe differently,

Just listening.

Let the sound be something steady.

Even if thoughts are moving fast,

The sound stays.

Notice that.

You don't have to slow your mind.

You don't have to control your body.

Listening is already happening.

If sensations feel intense,

Let them exist inside the sound.

Anxiety can move,

Thoughts can move,

The sound remains.

Let your nervous system feel that stability.

There is something here that does not rush.

The sound is not tight,

It is wide.

Maybe your body begins to soften.

Not because you force it,

But because it feels safe enough.

Listening is wider than anxiety.

Calm is not something you created,

It was already here,

Beneath the movement.

Stay for a few more breaths,

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes gently.

You can return to this listening anytime.
