This meditation gently supports you during moments of anxiety, mental restlessness, or emotional overwhelm. Instead of trying to control your thoughts or force relaxation, we use listening as the anchor. The sound becomes a steady ground — something stable to rest your attention on while sensations and thoughts move naturally.
