Absolutely perfect. Contemplative without being moody, gloomy, eerie, or… all the other disappointing things that “music” on Insight Timer so often is. I’m experiencing with an alternative to my normal method of quieting my busy mind and this piece is really helpful. It’s way ahead of most of the meditation music I’ve heard in terms of musicality. It could well be a concert piece. But it’s appropriate for relaxation and quieting as well. I’m so grateful for it!
