The gentle atmosphere of musical harmonies were a great accompaniment to the infinite potential of this opportunity that life affords us to design our own experience and make a world that works for all of life. An encouragement I shared with a friend inspired such a profound response that it seemed like a great place to start in creating my own practice of meditation by envisioning it as breathing in communion with all of life. “I am finding that there is already a oneness in the work that we have been doing. The synergies in my work and your work have felt so resonant that I can’t help but see it as our work as Nature, as sacred Earth, walking as Love.” My challenge was to breathe, focusing on the beginning and ending of each breath. So I thought of how my inner architecture is formed by the in breath and our outer architecture is formed by the out breath. By coming up with my own loving kindness meditation phrases, I could consider the nature of my soul as light, quintessence, True Self. We are a holobiont, nested spheres of reality formed by physical waves of light, sound, motion, and gravity in interconnection and interaction, affording us a shared awareness of this metaphysical presence of conscious experience, of self in communication and communion with the other, as one indivisible universe. I am and we are the physical nature of a living planet with an origin and source that finds its expression in unconditional love. ## Loving Kindness Meditation - I am nature. We are Nature. - I am sacred earth. We are Sacred Earth. - I walk as love. We walk as Love. The physical joins with the metaphysical to create this one wild life.
