I find myself questioning my worth,
Unsure of where I stand,
Yet I open myself to the possibility that I could feel differently.
As I sit with these feelings,
I begin to wonder if I have value that I simply haven't recognized yet.
I start to acknowledge that my feelings of unworthiness don't have to define who I am.
With each passing day I practice seeing myself with a bit more gentleness,
Allowing space for kindness.
I begin to release the heavy judgments I have held against myself,
Feeling a slight sense of relief.
I realize I don't have to be flawless to deserve kindness and care.
I can be imperfect and still worthy.
I start to accept myself,
Flaws and all,
Knowing that every part of me deserves a place.
Little by little I notice qualities in myself that I can appreciate,
Even if they're small.
I feel ready to forgive myself for past mistakes,
Letting go of the guilt I've held on to.
I allow myself to extend the compassion I so easily give others toward myself.
I begin to understand that my worth isn't tied to anyone else's approval.
I start to separate my worth from my achievements,
Realizing that they don't define me.
I recognize unique qualities within myself,
Little sparks that make me who I am.
I come to see that I am as deserving of kindness and respect as anyone else.
A gentle truth settles in.
I am worthy of my own love and care,
Just as I am.
I find myself trusting my ability to grow and improve,
Knowing I am worthy of my own patience.
I realize I am worthy of taking up space,
Of expressing who I truly am without apology.
I feel a sense of pride growing within me,
A quiet recognition of my value.
I no longer seek my worth in the opinions of others,
Realizing it has been within me all along.
I begin to see myself with compassion,
Like a friend who deserves understanding.
I feel myself releasing the old stories that told me I wasn't enough.
I open up to the idea that I am worthy of love,
Both from myself and from others.
I embrace the notion that I am deserving of my own kindness,
My own support.
I start to feel a softness toward myself,
Allowing love to grow without needing to change who I am.
I am beginning to see myself as someone worthy of all the good things life has to offer.
I feel a deepening sense of value within me,
Like I am finally seeing myself clearly.
I realize that love doesn't need to come from outside,
I can nurture it within myself.
I feel ready to give myself the love and acceptance I deserve,
No longer holding back.
I recognize my worth as a beautiful part of who I am,
Radiating in everything I do.
I celebrate who I am,
Knowing I am worthy of the love I've found within myself.
