Good day,

Beautiful souls.

I am Steph,

And I am grateful for you to join me on this meditative journey.

Before we begin,

Ensure you are comfortable.

Every part of you is supported.

When you are warm and cozy.

This is your time,

Your time for total relaxation and inner stillness.

This is your time to remember your internal calm,

Your internal sanctuary amid the external busyness of everyday life.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Become aware of your breath.

Taking a deep breath in,

Feeling the air coming through your nostrils,

Down your throat,

Filling your upper and lower lungs,

And feel the fresh air deep into your belly.

Holding the breath at the top of your inhale for a few seconds,

And exhaling slowly,

Starting deep in the belly,

Feeling the warm air flow up the lungs into the throat,

And out the nose.

Once again,

Taking a deep breath in,

Hold at the top of the inhale for a few seconds,

And exhale and release the air.

Become one with your breath.

Breathing in,

I am aware of my in-breath.

Breathing out,

I am aware of my out-breath.

Breathing in,

And breathing out.

Continue to focus on your natural breath,

Breathing this air throughout your body.

Continue to feel your breath.

As you are aware of your breath,

Start to notice what thoughts are going through your mind.

Begin to notice them as they travel across the mind.

Watch them come and go.

Do not get caught up in these thoughts.

Observe.

Let them pass,

And allow yourself to release them to the universe.

In this present moment,

These thoughts are from your ego self,

Trying to distract you from what is important in this time,

In this moment.

Your inner peace and calm.

This moment is dedicated to your breath,

The sensations you are experiencing throughout your physical and energetic body.

The feelings moving through your body as you bring your awareness to your breath.

Allow your entire lower body to relax completely,

Starting from the tip of your toes,

Up your legs,

To your hips,

Up to the waist.

Feel the lower body completely relax.

Taking a deep breath in,

And slowly breathing out.

Now allow your upper body to unwind,

Starting at your waist,

Up to your belly,

To your chest,

Up to the shoulders,

Down the arms,

To the hands,

To the tips of your fingers.

Now feel your neck relax,

Your face,

Your head.

Feel the relaxation reach the crown of your head.

Allow your entire upper body to relax completely,

From the top of your head down to your waist.

You're slipping further and further into a dreamlike state of stillness and relaxation.

Your entire body is calm and relaxed.

Now it is time to leave the external world and go on an inner journey,

A journey to a place of deeper inner stillness.

Imagine yourself now slowly getting up from your comfortable position.

You take your first steps towards the door of the room you're in.

And as you arrive at the door,

Look down at the handle,

And notice that the handle has a light and gentle golden glow.

This glow invites you to touch the handle.

And as you do,

The handle feels warm and welcoming.

Feel the warmth.

Taking a deep breath,

You slowly turn the knob,

And as you turn the handle,

The door begins to slowly open,

And a bright golden light emerges from around the door.

As the door opens wider,

The light becomes brighter.

Taking another deep breath,

And as you exhale,

You take this moment to let your eyes adjust to the golden light.

As the door fully opens,

You can see the outdoors.

You see that it is a beautiful sunny day.

Golden sunny rays fall to the earth,

Giving everything the light touches a golden hue.

Looking up,

You can see fluffy white clouds in the sky,

The light sound of the wind.

And you hear the chirp of birds nearby.

As you take your next deep breath,

You sense the fresh outdoor air.

And as you exhale,

You step outside and feel the sun's warmth on your entire body,

Warming every part of the physical body from head to toe,

And energizing every part of the energy body,

Energizing all energetic layers from the closest to the farthest.

Breathing in,

I am aware of my in-breath.

Breathing out,

I am aware of my out-breath.

You get an unexplained gut feeling to take off your shoes,

Your socks,

And step onto the grass barefoot.

You feel the cool grass underneath your feet and in between your toes.

It feels pleasant.

You feel Mother Earth's warm energy beneath your feet,

A feeling of great comfort,

Of great nurturing.

While focusing on your breath,

Take a moment to feel the warm,

Nurturing energy.

You start to feel the tingling sensation at the soles of your feet,

And realize it is Mother Earth's energy that has started to flow from the soles of your feet to every toe.

Every toe feels warmer and warmer until your entire feet feel warm.

Slowly,

This warm energy moves up through your right and left ankles,

Your calves,

Shins,

And both your knees.

The nurturing,

Comforting feeling continues up the front and back of your thighs,

Your waist,

Belly,

And chest.

And as you take your next deep breath,

The nurturing feeling flows up to your shoulders,

And you can feel the flow of energy move slowly down your arms like a waterfall,

To your elbows,

Your forearms,

Wrists and hands,

Right to your fingertips.

Feel the energy,

Embrace the energy.

As the flow of energy reaches your fingers,

You start to feel your hands and fingers tingle,

As well as see the golden energy swirl around your hand and fingers.

The energy starts to pool in your hands.

Your hands begin to vibrate.

As more and more of the warm and golden energy pools in your hands,

You notice that the energy starts to pulse and pour out of your hands and fingers.

Take a moment to be aware of this sensation,

To play around with the energy within and around your hands and fingers.

As you move your fingers,

And feel the energy moving from one finger to another,

As you focus on each finger,

Feel the energy in the palms of your hands.

Visualize and feel the pulse of golden energy.

Now that you have observed the energy flowing around within your hands and fingers,

Visualize bringing your hands closer together,

Palms facing each other,

And feel the energy between your hands pool and pulse in your palms.

Play with the energy.

It is yours.

Enjoy the sensations.

Now with this newfound gift,

Visualize making an energy ball.

Mold the energy.

Shape it as if you're making a snowball.

Feel,

Visualize the ball of energy.

Feel the intensity grow.

Feel it.

See it.

See the golden energy ball.

Take a moment to fully appreciate the energy flowing in between your hands.

Feel it.

See it.

Now you're going to take this ball of golden positive energy and send it to someone that needs this powerful positive energy at this time.

It may be a family member,

A friend,

A pet,

Or even yourself.

Take a few moments to bring your attention to this person,

This pet,

Or focus on yourself.

See every intricate detail of this person,

Pet,

Yourself,

From head to toe.

Breathing in,

I am aware of my in-breath.

Breathing out,

I am aware of my out-breath.

Now it's time to send an intention of healing or protection into the ball.

Envision the person you will be sending the ball out to and any specific area of the body that requires healing,

A general healing or protection.

Keep in mind that healing is not just in the physical body.

Some people might need a shot of confidence,

Help with grief or sorrow,

Or just need a feeling of well-being at times.

Don't limit yourself to send the ball to the physical body only.

Now slowly open your hands and release the energy ball out into the world and allow it to float and reach the person you were thinking about.

See and feel the golden energy ball touch and enter all areas requiring healing or protection.

Take a deep breath.

Feel the energy healing or protection.

And on the exhale,

Feel the negative energy,

The negative feelings and emotions being dissipated by the positive energy.

Feel the energy course throughout the physical and energetic bodies.

Feel it.

Allow it.

Manifest it.

Now bring your awareness back to your physical body,

To your neck,

Where Mother Earth's energy has begun to move once again.

Feel the energy flow to your face,

Touching your chin,

Your lips and tongue,

Moving to your cheeks and nose,

The ears,

Flowing up to your eyes,

Your forehead,

To the top of your head.

You feel at peace.

You breathe deeply.

You feel the intensity of the energy flow throughout your body,

From the soles of your feet to the top of the head.

Feel it.

Sense it.

Enjoy the flow.

You feel vast,

Light and timeless,

From deep within the silent space inside you.

Your voice can be heard,

Its loving words echo in your mind.

I am part of a vast,

Unified wholeness.

I am without beginning or end.

I trust in the natural flow of life.

As the moments of my life come and go,

I am at peace.

I gratefully receive all that comes my way.

All becomes clear.

I am part of a vast,

Unified wholeness.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Know that at any time,

You can return to this ability,

The ability to raise your own energetic field,

As well as the ability to manifest energetic healing and protection to any being.

The gift of energy is always within you.

Receive it.

Accept it.

Manifest it.

Let's take a moment to thank Mother Earth for this nurturing energy.

You are now ready to return to your full waking state and to take this sense of newfound flow,

Lightness and peace with you into your daily life.

Stepping inside the room you were in,

Return to your comfortable position and start to become conscious of your physical body.

Start by wiggling your toes and fingers.

Rotate your wrists and ankles.

Move your head from side to side.

And slowly,

While taking a deep breath in,

We're going to stretch our arms over our head,

Stretching the tips of our fingers together,

And releasing the arms on our exhale,

Lowering your arms down.

When ready,

Open your eyes to your newfound energetic gifts.
