Good day,

Dear souls.

My name is Steph and I am grateful for you to join me on this meditative journey.

Before we begin,

Ensure you are sitting comfortably.

Every part of your body is supported.

You are warm enough.

This is your time,

A time for total relaxation and inner stillness.

Rest your hands in your lap,

Palms facing up to accept the warm positive energy that will enter your physical body as well as your energy body.

This is now your time to remember the calm within the chaos.

Becoming aware of our breath,

Taking a deep breath in,

Feeling the air come in through your nostrils,

Down your throat,

Filling your upper and lower lungs.

Feel this fresh air deep into the belly.

Holding the breath at the top of our inhale for a few seconds and exhaling slowly,

Starting deep in the belly,

Feeling the airflow up the lungs into the throat and out of the nose.

Breathing in,

I am aware of my breath.

Breathing out,

I am aware of my out breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Continue with your natural breath.

Breathing this air throughout the body,

Continue to feel your breath.

As you are aware of your breath,

Start to notice what thoughts are going through your mind.

Begin to notice them as they travel across the mind.

Watch them come and go.

Do not get caught up in these thoughts.

Let them pass and allow yourself to release them to the universe.

As in this present moment,

These thoughts are from our ego self,

Trying to distract from what is the most important at this time.

Your self,

Your inner peace and calm.

This moment is dedicated to your breath,

The feelings you are experiencing,

Feelings moving throughout your body as you bring your awareness to your breath,

Your body starts to relax.

Your body is starting to feel heavy.

Feel the heaviness.

Feel each part of your body from the tip of your toes to the top of your head become heavy.

Feel this heaviness flow through your body.

Feel the heaviness.

You become so heavy that you sink into the floor.

Feel the heaviness.

Continue to breathe through this heaviness.

And as you breathe,

Your body relaxes,

Your mind relaxes as well.

Now you start to feel a wave of lightness.

Awaken the lightness in each part of the body.

Unaware of the lightness in the body.

The lightness starts at the top of your head,

Flows down your body and slowly reaches the tips of your toes.

You feel every part of your body is light and weightless.

The body becomes so light that it might float off the floor.

Be aware of this lightness.

Feel the lightness.

Feeling light as a feather.

You're slipping further and further into a dream-like state of stillness and relaxation.

Breathing in,

I am aware of my in-breath.

I am aware of the calm within myself.

Breathing out,

I am aware of my out-breath.

I am aware that I am the center of this calm.

Now it is time to leave the external world and go on an inner journey.

A journey to a place of deeper inner stillness.

Imagine yourself slowly getting up from your seated position.

And as you rise,

The room,

The environment you're in begins to glow all around you.

You feel at peace in the middle of this golden warm light surrounding you.

Taking a deep breath,

You feel the warm golden glow flow around and within you.

And as you breathe in this golden glow,

The light becomes brighter and brighter,

Almost where it is blinding you.

Feeling the calm within yourself.

And as you exhale,

Your eyes start to adjust to the warm golden light.

You can see that this golden light has transported you to the outdoors.

It is a beautiful sunny day.

Golden sunny rays fall to the earth,

Giving everything the light touches a golden hue.

Looking up,

You can see fluffy white clouds are in the sky.

You hear the song of birds nearby.

Breathing in,

I am aware of my in breath.

Breathing out,

I am aware of my out breath.

You feel warm rays of the sun on your face.

You tilt your head towards the sun to embrace this gift the sun is sharing with you.

You feel the grass underneath your feet and in between your toes.

It feels lovely.

You feel Mother Earth's warm energy beneath your feet.

Feeling of great comfort,

Great nurturing.

Take a moment to feel the warm,

Nurturing energy flowing through your feet.

You start to feel the tingling sensation at your feet and realize it is Mother Earth's energy that has started to flow from the sole of your feet to every toe.

Every toe feels warmer and warmer until your entire feet feel very warm.

Slowly this warm energy moves up through your right and then left ankles,

Your calves and shins.

And once it reaches your knees,

You take a deep breath.

Breathing in,

I am aware of my in breath.

Breathing out,

I am aware of my out breath.

The nurturing,

Comforting feeling continues up the front and back of your thighs,

Your waist,

Belly and chest.

The nurturing feeling flows up to your shoulders.

You can feel the flow of the energy move slowly down your arms like a waterfall to your elbows,

Your forearms,

Wrists and hands right to the end of your fingertips.

As the flow of energy reaches your fingers,

You start to feel your hands and fingers tingle as the energy starts to pool in your hands.

Your hands begin to pulse and as the energy gathers in your hands,

You start to notice the golden energy swirl around your hands and fingers.

You take a moment to be aware of this sensation,

To play around with the energy within and around your hands and fingers.

You may move your fingers and feel the energy moving from one finger to another.

You feel the energy in the palms of your hands.

Visualize and feel the pulse of golden energy.

Now that you have observed the energy flowing around within your hands and fingers,

Imagine bringing your hands together as if you're holding a ball.

Start to feel the energy between your hands pool and pulse in your palms.

The golden energy starts to form a ball in between your hands.

Visualize making an energy ball.

Feel visualize the energy.

Feel the intensity grow.

Take a moment to fully appreciate the energy flowing in between your hands.

Now you're going to visualize taking this ball of golden positive energy and send it to someone that needs this powerful energy at this time.

It may be a family member,

A friend,

Or even yourself.

It's time to bring your entire focus onto the person that will be receiving your gift.

This energy ball can be sent to a specific area of the body that requires healing or can be sent as a general healing or to provide some protection.

Keep in mind that healing is not just in the physical body.

Some people might need a shot of confidence,

Help with grief or sorrow,

Or just need a feeling of well-being at this time.

Now visualize seeing the golden energy ball release from your hands and flow into the world.

Visualize sending this ball of energy and allow it to reach the person you're thinking about.

See and feel the golden energy ball touch and enter all areas requiring healing.

Visualize the golden energy reaching and instantly healing all that requires healing or protection.

Taking a breath in,

I am aware of my in-breath.

Breathing out,

I am aware of my out-breath.

Now bring your awareness to your neck where Mother Earth's energy has begun to move once again.

Feel the energy flow to your face,

Touching your chin,

Lower and upper lips,

Your tongue.

Getting up to the nose and ears and slowly flowing up to your eyes,

Your forehead,

And finally to the top of your head.

You feel completely at peace.

Close your eyes for a moment and as you breathe in deeply,

You focus on the energy flowing throughout your body,

From the sole of your feet to the top of the head.

Let's take a moment to thank Mother Earth for this nurturing energy.

Breathing in,

I am aware of my in-breath.

I am aware of the calm within myself.

Breathing out,

I am aware of my out-breath.

I am aware that I am the center of this calm.

You feel completely at peace.

You are now ready to return to your full waking state and take this sense of newfound calm and peace with you into your daily life.

As you continue with your in-breath and out-breath,

You start to become aware of your physical body,

The physical room or environment in which you sit.

Slowly starting to wiggle the toes and fingers.

Moving the wrists and ankles,

The head from side to side,

And slowly taking a deep breath,

You're going to stretch your arms above your head,

Touching the tips of your fingers.

And on your exhale,

Release the arms down into your lap.

One more time,

Taking a deep inhale,

Raising the arms above head,

Touching the tips of your fingers,

And on the exhale,

Slowly bringing the arms down into your lap.

Thank you for joining me on this journey,

Beautiful souls.

May peace and calm be with you wherever you may be in the world.

When ready,

Open your eyes to your newfound peace and calm.
