Hello,
Welcome to 100% Breath.
My name's Michael and I hope you enjoy this short meditation.
I'd like you to start by breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth and just focus on that style of breathing.
Breathing in,
We breathe in calm and peace and breathe out what no longer serves us purpose.
Let your breath be your guide.
Let it be your shadow,
Your day and your night.
Begin to feel now.
Feel your body.
Feel the cold air coming in through your nose and warm air running out of your mouth.
Give yourself permission to understand,
To feel the power that already exists within you.
I'd like you to imagine now a big old-fashioned key,
Dark and bronze in colour,
Butterfly on one end.
Place that key into an old lock.
Turn the key slowly and hear the sound the key makes as it unlocks your greatest possibilities.
This right now,
This very moment is your time.
Time to live without worry or concern and excited for what this world holds just for you.
We often set barriers and distract our minds for why we're unable to do the things we desire.
But the only boundaries that exist are the ones we imagine in our own minds.
A child can run through a field,
Warm summer breeze on their face,
Completely free to imagine without fear,
With no one to stop them.
Be that child.
Be the one that brings your daydream to life.
The strongest version of you already exists.
Feel it within you.
Believe it in.
Stand before yourself now in the lightest of days and in the darkest of nights.
You are still here.
You are alive.
Move with strength in your veins and love in your heart.
The most powerful version of yourself has arrived.
Be curious as you look forward.
Explore the intersections of what interests you and only look back to see how far you've come.
Today is day one.
The first day of whatever you want it to be.
What does it look like?
Where are you?
What does it feel like?
If you can see it in your mind,
Feel it in the notch of your throat and the pit of your stomach.
You're already halfway there.
This life is whatever you want it to be.
You are blessed and you are loved,
Dear friend.
Step into your future now and believe.
Believe you can.
Extend your arms.
Open your hands and be willing to receive.
For you are worthy and you are deserving of whatever you desire.
Let your breath be your guide.
