Meditation Of The Hearth
This meditation, accompagnied by the sound of the tibetan bell, will help you to raise frequences, to create protection and generate peace within. After a first relaxation of the body, we will concentrate into our breath. Conscious breathing will be followed by the chant of the sound 'O', feeling the vibration into the heart.
