Holli Love is a compassionate counsellor and meditation teacher who has dedicated her life to helping people cope with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. She founded Om Love Meditation, a mindfulness centre that provides various programs to help individuals live happier and more fulfilling lives. Holli's expertise in meditation and mindfulness was developed through training with iRest Institute, Amrit Yoga Institute, and Yogic Meditation Institute. She specialises in using Yoga Nidra, a powerful relaxation and guided meditation technique, to help people achieve deep healing and tranquility. Holli offers individual counselling, group meditation classes, and workshops to help individuals develop their mindfulness practice and find inner peace. I loved the stages and pacing. I really appreciate the paired muscle relaxation at the beginning of the practice. I’m currently in a Linehan-model DBT program and working on integrating more mindfulness, which brought me to mindfulness based stress reduction, the principles of which I’m attempting to integrate independently. MBSR body scans are nice, and still I prefer a good yoga nidra rotation of consciousness. Thank you for this healing practice.

I normally do shorter yoga nidra sessions but tried now a longer one. It was nice clear and calm really loved it!
