Imagine you're breathing into your center,
Into your heart space.
Place your right hand upon your heart.

And deeply out.
In through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
Feel your chest expand.
And your hand move up.
And down with your breath.
And feel yourself relaxing.
And letting go.
And with each breath.
Let your body relax a little more.
Imagine that your heart is breathing.
And moving the air throughout your body.
Let your mind follow your heart's lead.
And each breath in and out of your heart connects you completely with your original life force energy.
Each breath in and out.
Reminds us that our deepest connection to earth and our greatest wisdom reside within the realm of the heart space.
And as you breathe in and out through the heart space.
You are opening a bridge to your imagination and your connection to the earth.
Now you may place your hands in any position in which they are comfortable.
Now imagine a golden light above you.
And at the speed of honey.
Begins to flow over your head.
Surrounding you in a protective layer of comfort.
It surrounds your head,
Flows down your neck.
And as it moves down your body slowly.
Your body relaxes more and more.
Down your shoulders.
Flowing over your chest.
Down your spine.
Around your belly and torso Down your hips.
Down your legs.
And down around your feet and the tips of your toes.
You're surrounded by this protective,
Comforting,
Golden light.
And this light flows from your feet down into the earth.
Past the many layers of history and time.
Down past old bones,
Old pots,
Layers of minerals and rock.
All the way to the middle of the earth.
Connecting you to the core of the earth.
And if you have any more tension in your body.
You can let go of it now.
Letting it be recycled into new energy somewhere else.
And take a moment to invite your guides,
Angels,
Your higher self.
To join you and support you on this short journey.
And surrounded by your team.
You're surrounded in a beautiful,
Protective,
Golden bubble of light.
And surrounded by your team.
You begin to feel maybe a warmth,
A vibration.
Or just a sense of deep knowingness that you can access any wisdom you're looking for.
Now I want you to imagine a beautiful staircase in front of you.
With seven steps.
We're going to go down these steps,
Finding ourselves in a beautiful forest in a moment.
When you reach the forest,
You will be able to connect to any being.
Any more than human being.
And when you are there.

And you will be able to connect with any being.
Now before we go down the stairs.
We're going to let your thinking mind just take a rest on a bench at the top of the stairs.
And we'll pick it up again on the way back.

Stepping down the stairs.
To slowly coming closer to this forest.

Six and seven.
Letting your surroundings slowly come into focus.
You find yourself in a grove of ancient trees.
Maybe there is sun streaming through the leaves.
Maybe the trees are bare.
Or maybe it is dense and full of shadows.
Take a moment to notice your surroundings.
And the trees.
And let yourself imagine what it smells like.
What does the temperature feel like?
What kind of sounds do you notice?
Is it still or lively?
Amongst the trees.
Some of them are fallen.
Turning slowly back into soil.
Covered in moss.
Take another deep breath amongst the trees of your inner landscape.
Letting your body relax.
Relax a little more into this space.
Imagine your heartbeat.
Slowing down.
And syncing up with forest time.
Four.
Rest.
Time.
And as you slowly relax even more.
Your awareness spreads slowly.
Like threads of light.
Into your surroundings in this forest.
Little light beams of you.
Connect with the soil.
The mask.
Insects.
The trees.
And the decaying locks.
You begin to notice how this peaceful place.
Is at the same time teeming with life.
In one of these logs,
You're spreading and exploring awareness meets the fungi reishi.
This mushroom is slowly turning the experience and wisdom of this fallen tree.
This log.
Into new life.
Transforming those rings of life into different material.
Feel into the teff wood of this log for a moment.
Notice how Reishi slowly breaks down this tough wood.
And if you could imagine it.
What would that feel like?
Take a moment to notice if there is something in your life.
Maybe a deeply lodged pattern.
That you could hand to Reishi to help transform.
Now come back to the log.
And move your awareness around.
And notice spots where Reishi has already furthered the decomposition.
Pale,
Fibrous piles of wood are around you.
Insects are climbing in,
Out and around it.
Imagine you can shrink yourself down super small,
Smaller even than the insects.
And from this point of view.
You can see all the microbes moving around.
The softer wood.
Each with its specific role.
Notice how Reishi has broken down the structures.
So that little cavities are in and around the wood here.
Creating space for small animals,
Birds,
Insects.
And new life to move through.
Introduce yourself to Reishi.
As if meeting a new friend.
Let the mushroom introduce himself to you.
Notice what comes up for you.
Maybe an image,
A feeling,
A word,
Or just knowing.
In this connective space.
Reishi invites you to bring up the parts of you that are ready to change,
To shift,
And to be recycled into new matter.
The slow pulse of the mushroom.
Like an old grandfather clock.
Brings your breathing and heartbeat deeper into Earth time.
What parts of you are you ready to turn into wisdom and new life force?
And notice if there's any part of your body where you receive sensations or nudges of insight.
Imagine those parts that you're ready to transform.
Slowly break down.
Turning softer.
Imagine your own mycelial strands.
Working and breaking into the structure.
Now let this freed up energy,
