Sitting here,

I take just a minute to rid myself of negativity,

Breath by breath.

With deep,

Full breaths,

I breathe in peace,

And I release with my exhales any unwelcome anger,

Any unwanted stress.

Breathing in peace,

Breathing out calm.

My breath becomes as easeful and as natural as waves gently lapping onto a sandy shoreline.

Effortless,

Peaceful,

Easeful.

And so I leave this world of anger,

All of its stress,

All of its negativity,

And enter into my own world of peace and calm.

As in my mind,

I walk barefoot on the beach,

Cool sand between my toes.
