Meditation on healing lights for a new beginning welcome soul friend to this guided meditation for a new beginning with me I'm Nobye and I'm going to guide you into a journey of lights to open your energy centers through healing lights and getting ready for a new beginning find a comfortable place to sit if you already haven't I suggest you to choose a space specially for meditation make an altar in which you put a candle flowers crystals or any other thing meaningful for your soul journey clean your space with anything that means cleaning for you maybe smudging some sages palo santo burn an incense or use Aramis to prepare your space for your meditation now sit in a comfortable position upright your spine bring your hands on your lap or knees with palms up toward the sky or the ceiling for receptivity and down for grounding choose your position and when ready slowly close your eyes breathe deeply and gently observe your breathing for a few minutes let your mind and body relax then bring your attention into your third eye in between your eyebrows stay there for a moment and choose an intent a sunk alpha it can be anything from a word to a short positive sentence if you choose a sentence always use the present moment such as I am in abundance of light my life is full of delight I am powerful I am loved I am loved I give thanks for the continual showering of abundance into my life love is manifesting into my life in different forms everything I need for my happiness and joy is on its way or any other sentence that works for you take a moment to be with your intention and let it sink to your heart repeat it and believe it feel it now let go of your intention and just observe your breathing again observe the silence and emptiness in your heart breathe deeply and make space in your heart for new to come now imagine a purple light coming toward you showering you with its soothing rays of purple light as the purple light flows on you like a fountain of light let go of anything that does not serve you anymore any darkness hopelessness sadness despair anger grudges hurts any form of negativity just breathe into it and let the purple light clean your space of any blockages connect to the spirit of the universe through that purple light call on your spirit guides angels guardians of the universe spirit of nature and ask them to support you on your journey toward light open up to your intuition and connect to your soul breathe into the purple light and just imagine all that are no more needed are just falling from your energy like dead lips falling from the trees in autumn and making space for the new to come once the right season arrives now let's go after purple color and imagine a white color showering on you from above your crown invite this healing light to bring openness to your soul let it purify you and breathe into that white light imagining the space opening up in your whole body feel the joy of receptivity now receiving the white light start to bring the sense of gratefulness into your consciousness what is it that you can be grateful for at this moment just be with your blessings and with your whole heart say thank you thank you for all the gifts that life offers you every day stay with a sense of gratitude and bring a smile on your face while feeling grateful for all as beloved Sufi master Mulana Rumi says this being human is a guest house every day a new arrival welcome and greet them all as they might be a guide from beyond bringing joy into your heart breathe and now receive this poem of Rumi in his language Farsi even if you don't understand just let the words caress your heart and bring joy into your soul ha has me him on honey in 10 a Ngoc I Now with that blessing from Sufi Mystic Rumi,
Invite a pink color,
A pink color of light into your heart center.
Sufis are the people on the path of love.
So Rumi,
Who was a Mystic Sufi that touches our hearts with his sweet words,
He comes from the realm of love,
Of the heart.
Let us open our hearts like a Sufi Mystic.
The Sufi is the one who is in love with love itself.
Let's now invite this love into our hearts.
Invite a pink color light of love into your heart center.
Imagine yourself surrounded in lights of gentle pink colors all around you.
Imagine that you have a rose quartz crystal in your heart and this crystal shines its light toward the universe.
Imagine the pink color of love opening into your heart.
Then breathe and with each breath send your love into the world.
Send your love to your loved ones,
To your friends and family,
To your community,
To your country,
Into the whole world.
Include all beings in your healing pink light and send your love to the world,
Even if it challenged you.
But send also your love to those you dislike for any reason.
Forgive let go of the hurt and free yourself from all past baggage.
Imagine your heart.
Let only love be your truth in this moment.
Imagine the whole planet surrounded by this healing light and that all hearts heals and opens.
Imagine a world surrounded by love.
Now open your arms widely and embrace this feeling of love.
Let your hands send the healing lights of love from your heart into the world.
Imagine that you're embracing the whole world into your arms.
Then bring your arms gently around you and hug yourself tight.
You are so worthy of love and the most important person who needs this healing light of love is you.
All starts with yourself.
Once you really love yourself for who you truly are inside,
Love manifests all around you in different forms,
Like magic.
You live in your own reality.
Choose love and be the messenger of love for our world.
Visualize a new earth in pure light with love and happiness for all human beings,
For all the animals,
Plants and everything else which breathes in this earth.
Imagine the birth of a new world in love and light.
Stay for some moment and visualize this new earth,
Imagining every being in celebration,
In dance,
In ecstasy.
Imagine a life which everyone is loved.
Imagine a new earth where human beings are conscious,
Where everyone is in celebration of light.
Visualize an earth in which all humans respect the Mother Earth and all its beings.
Imagine a world where people are compassionate,
Loved,
Kind,
Open-minded,
With an open heart to receive each other with grace.
Yes,
You are the creator of that world.
Believe in it,
Feel it and live it with all your heart.
Right now you are creating a dream and once you dream,
You can see the manifestation of your dream realized in this life.
Trust and breathe.
Right now you are there,
Feel the love,
Feel the magic in your heart.
You have it in you,
In your heart,
In your awareness,
You are present.
Feel the love,
Feel the joy,
Feel the silence,
Feel the emptiness in your heart.
From the emptiness miracles will overflow.
Breathe,
Breathe and once ready it's time to come back,
Take a deep inhale and exhale.
Move your body slightly and once ready slowly come back.
May love surround you,
May the magic of love manifest in all forms into your life and the lives of all.
