In the name of love and beloved divine,

Welcome to Persian Poetry.

I'm Nobie,

And today I'm gonna take you to a poem by beloved Sufi master,

Persian mystic and poet,

Maulana Rumi.

Die,

Die in this love,

When you die in this love your soul then will fly.

Die,

Die and do not fear this death as when you rise from this ground you'll rejoice in the ecstasy of divine's delight.

Die,

Die and rise above yourself cause this self is like a prison and you are like the captive.

Take an axe to break the prison walls.

Once you've broken the prison you are all kings and lords.

Die,

Die and surrender your body to the beloved king of heaven and earth.

When you die next to such a king you are all kings and stars.

Die,

Die and rise above this cloud you all are a fruit moon illuminating the whole sky.

Be silent,

Be silent.

Silence comes with death and from this silence breath of life awaken you again and again.

In Persian language Take a deep breath in,

Observe your silence and as you breathe out let go.

Let go of the self,

Of the ego,

Of the identification.

This poem talks about the dead of ego and to reborn in light of divine and such a love is gifted to a heart who died in itself and rise again in its divinity.

May your hearts be always filled with the love and light of divine.

Namaste.
