This is a guided meditation by Natalie Millisnow.
This is to help you rid yourself of negative language and labels.
So sit back in your chair and relax.
Unclench your jaw.
Roll and loosen your shoulders.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Place your feet on the floor and sit back and relax.
Feel the sensation of your feet on the floor.
This might feel a bit tingly.
Notice where your body touches the surface of the chair and feel what that feels like.
The weight of your body on the surface.
Allow yourself to fully relax in it and take a nice,
Deep breath.
Count in for four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And then slowly out for four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And then in again.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And then out.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Keep slowly breathing.
Allow your body to feel completely relaxed and go with the breath.
Don't be afraid to push that breath out.
Find a rhythm that works for you.
As we walk through life,
We pick up lots of negative language.
We take on labels that others give us and we might hold on to these like they are part of us,
But they don't serve us.
We can also absorb energy and emotion from others.
You don't need that.
So we're going to say goodbye to it.
It's time to let them go.
Visualize a balloon in your hands.
It doesn't matter what it looks like.
Visualize the balloon and as you take your next big breath out,
Visualize blowing all of those negative words,
All of those labels,
All of that language that doesn't serve you.
Deeply blow it out into the balloon and let it all out.
Visualize the balloon expanding with all of those words.
Keep blowing until they've all left you.
The balloon won't pop.
It's there to take all of this away for you.
And then once you're done,
Tie the balloon up and let it float away.
It's light.
It floats away easily.
Watch it float away.
You no longer need it.
You may find you have given some of your energy away in the past too when you took on those labels.
It's time to welcome it back.
Welcome back my energy.
Place your hand on your heart.
Feel your hand.
Feel your heart beating and tell yourself,
I am the love that I need.
I am enough.
I am the love that I need.
I am enough.
Keep repeating it.
Allow that beautiful energy and warmth to wash over you.
Invite that love and energy back in and sit with it for a moment.
And when you're ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers,
Gently wiggle your toes and slowly come back into the room.
Drink some water and feel that love.
You are enough.
