This meditation is to help you feel grounded in the moment,
To feel more present,
To be here and now,
Connected to this moment.
So relax in your chair or wherever you might be sitting.
Get comfortable and fully relax.
Unclench your jaw,
Roll and loosen your shoulders,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes and notice where your body touches the surface of where you are.
Feel what that feels like.
Feel the weight of your body,
Your legs,
Your thighs,
Your back,
Your arms and your hands.
Where do they touch the surface?
What does it feel like?
Where are your feet?
How do they feel?
Allow yourself to fully relax in this sensation and take a nice deep breath.
A beautiful breath in and out in and out Keep slowly breathing.
Allow your body to feel completely relaxed and go with the breath.
Find a rhythm that works for you.
Pay attention to your breath.
Feel how cleansing it is.
Notice the temperature as you breathe in and the temperature as you breathe out.
Now is the time to be present.
Now is the time to be still.
Take time to think about and remember who you are.
Place your feet firmly flat on the floor and ground yourself.
Feel your connection between your feet and the ground.
Feel it deeply and peacefully.
And you may notice your feet start to tingle and that's okay.
That's you connecting.
That's you being present.
That's you feeling your own energy.
On your next breath give yourself a big smile from ear to ear and pay attention to how that smile makes you feel.
What emotions do you feel?
What positive words do you connect with when you smile?
Drink it all in.
Drink it through that beautiful gorgeous smile and continue to smile at yourself.
Feel a beautiful light shining above your head as you smile.
A beautiful sunshine,
A warm light and wonderful energy.
Let it wash over you.
Over your head to your neck,
Your shoulders.
Let it wash down your arms,
Your chest,
Your back.
Your tummy,
Your hands.
Let it flow down you,
That warmth,
That sunshine to your hips,
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles and your feet.
Feel this beautiful beautiful energy and notice you surrounded in the love of this energy.
How does that feel?
Place your hand on your heart.
Feel your hand.
Feel your heart beating and smile to yourself again.
Know this beautiful energy is your own.
It's the love that you have and the love the universe has given you.
And tell yourself,
I am the love that I need.
I am enough.
I am the love that I need.
I am enough.
Keep repeating this mantra.
Allow the beautiful light and the beautiful energy and the warmth to wash all over you.
And keep smiling.
Feel connected to this beautiful planet,
To this moment,
To now.
And know that everything is as it should be.
Everything is right.
Invite that love and energy into your body and just sit with it for a moment.
And when you are ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And if you closed your eyes,
Gently open them back up and slowly come back into the room.
Take some water and just allow yourself to be.
