Welcome to this evening meditation.

This meditation is for you if you want to fall deeply into sleep.

Make sure you lay or you sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Let your shoulders fall.

Let your hands fall.

Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

Feel your body relax more and more.

Let your body sink into the floor.

Feel your muscles relax.

You're breathing going slower.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Let go of the day like clouds passing by.

You see the thoughts but you don't catch them.

You just let them pass by like clouds.

Now it's time to relax.

Take care of your body.

The night is to heal.

To let go.

To wander off.

So tomorrow you'll have a fresh new day full of energy.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Feel your muscles relax.

Feel your toes relax.

Relax.

Feel your belly going up and down.

Feel the rhythm of life.

Feel your chest relax and your arms too.
